Question...when JM asked ALV about JA shooting Travis in the closet, didn't he have her review her notes first and isn's that what she had written in her notes.......and now today she is saying that that's not true?

She must have misspoke or misremembered or misunderstood... I recall hearing those excuses a few times during her testimony so far.

Is there any evidence that this really happened, interviews with the 2 men, others witnessed to the planning of this trip? It could be her big fat lie of an excuse to buy a real gun. It would be interesting to hear what these 2 men have to say.

I choose to believe what her Father revealed in his interview with Flores. According to him, Jodi told him she had purchased a gun and "might need it" . This was right before the camping trip.

I don't agree with the way some people have handled Alyce's stance on the trial (the book reviews/the petitions etc). But I don't consider it as witness tampering; more of a freedom of speech. People have to understand, that this case has brought out an extreme amount of emotions from people all across the the world. People are angry that Jodi has more rights than what has been given to the real victim in the case. That on top of the fact that Alyce is misrepresenting true DV victims in her testimony and obviously so completely biased toward the defense, that it really is bringing out the worst in some people. She is infuriating to watch...very unprofessional, combative, and even extremely immature.

I think that the "lynch mob" mentality is truly because that is the only way some people can let it be known that they do not agree with her and her biased "opinion". People are upset, angry and rightfully so. She is a big witness for the trial, and it's really troublesome watching the bias to be so blatantly transparent.

It's one thing to testify on your opinion on what you believe Jodi "endured", but it's also another to be completely defiant about opposing sides. She flat out refuses to admit to ANYTHING Jodi did wrong. It's a shame that she put her lifelong work on the line for someone who could care less what happens to her.

I agree. Can they report it to the judge though? I see Nurmi looking at them a lot too (although it's not as creepy as JA's stares). I would hope the Judge could do something about it.

I think the jurors are allowed to discuss any issues they might have, with the judge, especially one this serious. I remember in the OJ trial the jurors were always complaining to Judge Ito about something, from their schedule to their weekend entertainment (having been sequestered). Certainly they would have the right to share with the judge that they are feeling harassed, at least I hope so!

Sure you can. Some of Jodi's behaviors were stalking. Others were not.

Travis was at times stalked -- so was I.

Travis at times engaged the woman who had stalked him -- so did I.

Travis had sex with her even when she arrived uninvited -- so did I.

Travis was not afraid that Jodi might physically harm him -- neither was I.

My ex who stalked me for a period of time did not murder me. His did.

It's not black or white. These are fluid relationships, ever changing.

from my understanding witness tampering is done at the behest of someone involved in the trial. ie Jodi asks Donavan to create a Twitter account and send out messages for her ;)

or Juan Martinez asks for 1000's of volunteers to flame AL Amazon page and give her nasty reviews...

simply put: no tampering.

Jean Casarez just said on HLN that one of the jurors "is the spitting image" of Jodi's mother, she could almost pass as her twin. Well, that's awkward.

I think the jurors are allowed to discuss any issues they might have, with the judge, especially one this serious. Jurors are instructed and have every right to contact the judge, I doubt whining about being look at would go far. They have every right to watch the defendant or her team and the def has every right to watch them.

I agree, it's not witness tampering. But guaranteed: the defense is going to try and prove that it is. At more cost to the taxpayers.

I agree. It has always been my contention that people don't need to do anything to Alyce (for revenge or whatever it is that motivates them): Alyce has already fucked herself over.

In my opinion, its not the fact that JW objects, its the manner in which she composes herself when she does. And the fact that 75% or more of her objections are overruled shows she's just trying to prevent damning testimony from coming out of the witnesses mouths. She looks silly IMO.

Only if his are sustained? Or do we cheer when he's overruleds too? Would that mean when Jenny's are sustained we have to cheer? Should we pay attention to the rulings or not listen for those? I don't like the game forget I asked : )
