Alyce put herself in this situation. No one forced her to take the stand to defend (with every ounce of her being, might I add?) the nation's current most outrageous murderer in front of the entire world. The majority of people who earn wages at $300 p/hr have to put in a lot of hard work to get their check. She is no exception. Make her work for it. I equate her whining and running to the ER to someone yelling the 'n' word in a shopping mall and trying to sue everyone who proceeds to beat the shit out of him.

If you put yourself in the spotlight, and you happen to be on the wrong side of things, you put yourself in the spotlight. That is all.

Personally, I'm not going to write reviews of Alyce's book or sign petitions about what a bad professional DV counselor she is.

Her own words speak for herself about her level of professionalism.

I'm not sure why some people feel such hatred against somebody who is a witness on the stand? Maybe most don't agree with her, IDK, but maybe the woman really believes in what she says. Maybe she does believe Jodi??

IMO, I think she is full of shit.. but whatever. Maybe she was only giving half the information. She has already stated on the stand that other DV experts may have come up with a different decision than the one she did. I think that tells you everything about her testimony you need to know.

My husband works in a field where he has to make decisions on things. He'll be the first to tell you that 10 other people could come in and look at the same thing, and all 10 will come up with a different answer. He will also tell you that there are some things that are indisputable facts.

Alyce sunk herself when she talked about stalking. Then she tried to backtrack by saying she wasn't a stalking expert. It was too late at that point. A DV expert, IMO, should have major experience with stalking and stalking victims. If I was on the jury, that would have been the moment that would have done it for me.

I may not agree with her, nor believe anything else out of her mouth....but I feel no urge to bash her on her book that I have not....nor will ever read! That's just me though.

I'm with you. She has done tremendous career and life altering damage to herself by testifying for JA. I don't feel a need to lash out at her. It would not make me feel good about myself. I believe if she could turn back time she would have ran as fast as she could away from this trial. Everybodys different.

I have to disagree with this. In my opinion the internet was invented for two reasons. To watch porn (obviously) and for the well deserved public shaming of individuals who obviously do not believe in the concept of Karma.

Juror #2 sits in row one furthest from the gallery and obviously very close to witness stand. I was explaining to my wife last night that his hair did remind me of Donald Trump. He sat for most of the testimony hunched over with his chin in his hands. From what I observed, when the jury came in and went out, no one that I could see even glanced in Stabby's direction. It was when testimony was going on that I observed #2 looking directly at her.

So they count right to left as your facing the jury box? That's wierd. Ok my bad. Thank you that's what I wanted to know. She seems to be looking at someone closeset to TA's (galley) family to me.

I forget her name but she was the 18yo whom was on Dr Drew with Katie Wick on Tuesday night. I spent a lot of time talking with her, she goes to school in Gilbert I believe she said.

It never starts on time. Every time the Judge says "We will start PROMPTLY" I laugh.

So Alyce was sooo upset she had to go to the emergency room? Didn't stop her being combative and snarky on the stand did it? Maybe she realized her act wasn't playing well on the stand and had an anxiety attack. Not to mention approaching the murder victim's sister.

Jodi's behavior is becoming more strange with the perpetual writing, looking at JW's papers, pouting, staring at the jury and making a notation, turning completely around looking at someone, whispering to JW, tapping JW's arm to get her attention like she's an old friend. In other words, she's not engaged in the real reason for the trial, she's mentally withdrawn into herself only. Any emotion she'll exhibit will be fake crying when JM brings up the pictures when he summarizes. We all know it will be fake crying and she will show up with her hair down so she can let it drape over her face at that time.

Don't forget, Jodi Arias was indebted to Travis in the amount of $6,000.00 and she was bringing a check. As pissed off as he might have been with her, he had to maintain some sort of contact until he got his money back. This may seem trivial now that he's dead, but if Travis was feeling some kind of financial pressure, he was, (like so many others caught in the real-estate crash) especially susceptible to wishful thinking that somehow things would work out. Those were times where people were significantly into denial about the reality of their financial situation and misplaced hope was significantly a part of their everyday lives. When someone owes you as much money as Jodi Arias owed Travis, he would be inclined to bite his tongue and play along for fear of never getting it backi. In that sense, she had him by the shorts.

Good point about the debt. Not to mention it was brought up by several people during the trial that Travis was supposedly having some financial trouble. If he was, then any amount of money that Jodi could pay back to him, he probably wanted to collect.

Here you are oh-so-traumatized by internet criticism -- which I assume to you is ABUSE -- and you went to the hospital for it, right? The ER?
