When Samuels said that, there seemed a chance that he had just misremembered that detail about the closet, but when ALV said the exact same thing?!? No more misremembrance, now it is clear as day that she told both of them a different lie than she told in court. I hope Juan really slams that point home in his summation.

And the more I think about it, the more atributes Stabby has of a praying mantis! Their long spindly arms have barbs on them for stabbing and holding on to their prey, they can turn their heads almost 360 degrees, their prey is much larger than themselves and they eat it alive........ making it suffer a long time, and to top it off they "appear" to be praying.......... oh! I almost forgot.......... they can change colors to blend in with their surroundings too!

I only watched the first youtube (hear there are two) but I don't think I could make through another after the first one. I'm not picking just because of this case, but it left me with a shock factor feeling that it was very inappropriate when I was 'expecting' a battered topic presentation. Most of Alyce's Snow White shit I watched was a highly inappropriate 'joke' routine including remarks she made about Barbie Street walker. All I saw was a woman trying to do stand up comedy where it was completely out of place. And even if it was stickly a comedy routine, it wasn't a good performance either to my sense of humor. She breaks out in some damn singing to impress herself. It was wacko.

I think he was not completely serious "OMG she won't leave me alone!". Travis was playing these other women, telling them "Jodi was a stalker", and at the same time maintaining an emotional/sexual relationship with Jodi the stalker. He put his dick in his stalker's butthole. Jodi was not a stalker because he maintained and invited contact.

I must have missed that one. Honestly, I was so surpised at what was before me, that it was hard to grasp it. Perhaps because, contrary to what this fake says, Battered women were known long before the 1990s! I know because I volunteered at Shelters a decade before that. And I experienced abuse myself in my young and dumb years. But in volunteering, I got high burn out, totally became convinced the 'weak woman' professionals make out this horror is toxic and time has proved me right. It has NOT helped. It is my belief the Lenore Walker theory grew like cancer and many bad in the field like Alyce jumped on the wagon to win earnings for themselves from the rush of grants etc for it . However, those issues aside, what is 'funny' about abuse ? I see nothing that should be fodder for a comedy routine for her to make out of a very complex sad, sometimes deadly subject.

I am mortified that my phone was stolen. It had a hugely scandalous text message from him (10 pgs!) that he sent last week. It would make a steamy romance novel sound like a script from a G-rated Disney movie. I also had 1 or 2 recorded conversations that were equally as scandalous. I never did figure out how to play those back for him. Well they're gone now & we won't be making more. Well, actually I wouldn't be on it entirely, one of us will crack & call the other. It's crazy, but what can you do?
Wherever my phone is now, I just hope to text messages & conversations are never discovered. Yikes. It's certainly not Pamela Anderson or Paris Hilton level scandal, there's no video, but it would be embarrassing none the less.

I have to say that on HLN After Dark, they just re-created the Jodi scenario (the one with the shot in the bathroom, not the closet) and I laughed my ass off at them (especially when they were simulating the body slam). They did try, FINALLY, like 2 weeks later, but yeah, it did not work at all.
