-Forceful without bullying or berating (I KNEW he could do it!)
-Concise: make a point, BAM! Move on to next point, BAM! Next...next...
-Each point made FULLY, no dangling loose ends

The "approaches" to the judge should be like timeouts in sports. You should only have a set # of them each session and the lawyers should have to use them judiciously like a coach in certain circumstances, not freely whenever you think the other side is gaining traction.

No. I won't do it. I honestly just cannot imagine what that was like for anyone in that courtroom, let alone TAs family and friends. The hoo-ha stuff makes me laugh (I would just die if they were my pics up there.....oy!), but the pictures of a deceased Travis? Just awful. =(

Does anyone think JM will end his cross of AVL with an autopsy photo? The last one he used was on Lisa (Andrews). I overall am a fan of JM but thought that particular photo usage was mis-placed due to the witness on the stand.
But I think ALV needs to look at one and give her opinion on domestic violence!

On top of that I would say that he is starting to paint Jodi in a way that you can look at her and see a killer. The big problem in this case is to see a pretty little girl who did something horrible for who she really is. Manipulator, liar, sex fiend, etc.

TA's family should change their ribbons daily and announce it as the trial begins so their supporters can participate but frauds cannot. If JAs family finds out which ribbon is used then switch to another so there is no doubt why, and for whom, the ribbons are being worn.
