I was just thinking about this "manifesto" that JA has written in the event of fame. Can you imagine how long that is? I mean if it took 18 pages for a letter to the Alexander family, imagine a creation where she is writing all about herself. I just don't even want to imagine trying to read something like that!

Who the fuck writes a "manifesto" unless you're completely bat shit crazy? Unibomber and Chris Dorner come to mind and they most certainly were ripe for the Cuckoo's nest. Jodi may have been trying to feign madness as a back up to her Jodi 2.0 story. Einstein is just flat out hilarious. Has anyone seen the SNL skits where Kristin Wiig's character has to outdo anyone's comment by outlandish claims. Jodi is just like that, embellishing her image to outrageous extremes. People like her are exhausting and infuriating.

She did this manifesto while she was in jail in Yreka, she hadn't even been extradited to AZ yet. Remember the paper we saw her stuff down her pants in the interrogation videos? Those were the first pages of paper to become her manifesto LOL

Check out this interesting exchange with Arias and the Mit Specialist. Saw this last night and couldn't work it out but today on a watching it again you can plainly see that Arias is complaining about Alyce and gets the MS to go talk to her before she gets back on the stand. Stabby is very unhappy with Alyce and wants her to know it, you should see Alyce's head snap round to look at Arias when she gets her msg, quite comical to watch.

That was very interesting, I don't know what I was doing at the time, but I missed it. If there is any lip readers here, her face was visible to be seen. Too bad the jury was out, they would have witnessed the not so innocently poised Jodi.
On the line of behavior, I noticed Jodi far more into reacting to testimony she didn't like and had many more whisper sessions with JW, and several notes passed between them today than I've seen in the past. I think ALV is testifying according to what Jodi told her, but Jodi thinks she said something else and is getting mixed up on some of her lies.

Stabby was very animated and agitated yesterday, at one point she was tugging on JW's elbow and trying to get her to object. She is the puppet master and JW,KN and her "experts" dance on the string for her.

I think it's so strange that Dr. Samuel's didn't say one thing about a manifesto. If all the def. witnesses were going off other reports, you would figure Dr. at least read Alyce's report about the manifesto.AND I assume we can actually call it a manifesto b/c that's exactly what Alyce called it in her report.

One thing I noticed-Jodi and Willmott write a lot to each other. That orange thing could be some kind of a reading machine that has case laws on it.
There is no doubt in my mind that Jodi is helping her defense team. She writes stuff down, shows JW and JW objects. I don't know what Jodi is writing in her papers, but I assume they are legal papers. Probably a notebook of the trial stuff. JA uses the mig spec. to pass messages back and forth to her family. I doubt the court can do anything about that b/c the mig spec is her attorney also.

The defense team withheld lot's of stuff from their so called "experts" it appears, and did not encourage or allow them interview anyone aside from Stabby, including her own family. The orange thing is a pencil sharpener, I think it was PoppyM or Cocopop who posted video of it yesterday. Disco Donna the mitigation spec. has been sanctioned for passing notes to Stabby's Mom for her that we know of at least once. It's not allowed and there is plenty the court can do about it.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but can someone tell me if the manefesto jodi signed was her journal or something completely different? If different did she write it before she was in jail or after? I haven't been able to watch or read much this week, so I am a little behind. Thanks :)

I don't think it's her journals because they were in evidence by then. She had no access to them so must be something she wrote in jail with. JM mentioned a "directive" where she stated what to do with her "art", etc in the event she became famous.

The defense is NOT giving its experts all information. They, like JA or because of JA's influence, are about winning at any cost. The defense attorneys used 6 or 7 expert witnesses before Alyce and Samuels, no doubt they used what they learned to pinpoint the particular expert(s) that would support trial strategy. Trials are a 3 act play suitable for stage!

Rumor has it that eleven DV experts turned this case down before Alyce accepted it.

1) I think Dr. Dick did just what he was paid to do, which was to attempt to sell amnesia/PTSD to the jury. I don't think he attempted to evaluate Jodi's mental state in any meaningful way.

2) Oh yes, Jodi is running the show. I think to her it's like a game, plotting strategy and trying to outmanuever Martinez.

3) I'm totally convinced it's the fame that she loves, most of all. She is FAMOUS now, and IMPORTANT; no longer a waitress leading a dead-end life. Her trial is all over the news, not only locally (which I'm sure she follows closely) but nationally and even internationally. Remember her question to Flores in the interview, "Will this be on the news tonight"? And now we learn she wrote a 'manifesto' and signed copies for when she "BECAME FAMOUS"?

Any input/ideas about who that guy was (yellow/blue shirt) that made a delivery in the middle of the trial yesterday afternoon?
