Travis was talking to Regan on IM (I think) and Travis told Regan that he was extremely scared of Jodi b/c Jodi was stalking him. Then later on, Travis though Jodi was monitoring/or could see their talks----so he gave her a "shout out" and Regan did to.Did I read somewhere that there was testimony in court that Travis sent an email that said he was afraid of Jodi? It's really not that difficult to do. She would need to purchase it, and then they give play by play instructions on how to do it. Much more difficult if she were to have to figure out how to attach the program to a file, have him open it and have the program install itself, but SUPER easy if she had access to the computer, itself.I would be shocked, S H O C K E D, if Jodi had any idea of how to install a keylogger. there are phone apps that basically give you remote control of the computer you set it up with. Im not sure how it all works, but I had one on my phone. When I turned it on, it showed me my home desktop. She could have had something like that going on.

Of these only one appears to be relatively undetectable. There are much easier ways if you are savvy with vbs and scripting, you can do just about anything without the person knowing. I helped a hairstylist out once that wanted to monitor her husband for fear he was cheating on her. She gave me free haircuts in return.

I bought up the timeline yesterday. Looking at it again, this is what I got (unless more text or messages are released)
May 10 was the phone sex tape
May 10th was the Steve "cover up" text message
May 11 was the last known NICE text message from Travis to Jodi. He told her she was beautiful in her photos.
May 16 Jodi sends that long email to Travis
May 19 Jodi send Travis that poem she wrote
May 19 is when Travis and Regan were talking and Travis told Regan he was extremely scared of Jodi.
May 22 is the long diary entry about MiMi
May 22 Jodi said she changed all her passwords
May 25 There are a series of text and IM from Travis on this day leading into May 26. These are the LAST known text/IM's from Travis to Jodi. These are the ones where he calls her names and a sociopath.
June 2, Jodi talked to Travis over the phone about a PPL member that died. It was a short call. She also called him several times that day and he didn't answer.
So....from May 11- June 4- There is ONLY 2 times that Travis had any text/IM communications with Jodi.(that have been shown so far) One that was nice, and one telling her basically to f off.
Keyloggers are easily obtained, too....you can get them on Amazon. Low level hacking is not that difficult to do.
Ha. Not going to hold my breath. Judge is currently attending to other cases as usual. I predict there will be a meeting in chambers once those are done.
I have a feeler out for this. We'll see.

Only reason being, is they didn't go do the measuring until March of this year, after the testimony I think, so the new owners could have changed them so they likely would have to testify to that aspect. The family that lives there I mean.
