Travis was in the process of cutting Jodi out of his life...and like many abuse victims, he went back to her (well, technically, he let her come into his home). And like many abuse victims, he was probably manipulated by Jodi to sleep with her one last time. To take those pictures of in the shower for fun.

This is where we fundamentally disagree but I don't think we will or can agree so let's just agree to disagree. Neither of us KNOW WHY he did this, we just know that he did.

You don't know everything Travis ever did in his life. You can't know, because he's dead. The case evidence does NOT show stalking. The claims have NOT been proven. Is it likely that Jodi did display these behaviors? Yes. Do we know 100% that she did all those things? No. We don't.The moral of the story is indeed to take threats seriously. But you don't have to keep saying, "Travis did it all wrong". I think we've exhausted this topic now. The case evidence does show stalking. How do you think we are even aware that it occurred? Not from Jodi...but from Travis and his friends. How do you think Jodi became the prime suspect when his friends discovered Travis's body and said....look at Jodi Arias.? I am not saying Travis did it wrong. I am saying Travis could have done it better. The glass is not half empty but half full. This does not make him responsible for his murder. No way.

Which I have actually seen. Not worth the time unless you are very bored or have low standards as far as cinematic fare. I only saw it because one night I could not sleep and was flipping through channels and there it was. Mostly, after reading the description, I could hardly believe they would actually make a film on that topic, but they did.

It might be hilarious with an MST3000 commentary running over the top, that could be a hoot.

Well, one of the reasons the defense is citing for requesting a mistrial is that too much info has been released while the trial is still ongoing, so I would imagine they will be extra careful from here on out, just to be sure.

I can't multi quote a whole day...
First....Jodi ruins everyone's lives! First and foremost Travis, then her families, then the defense (I am not a Jodi supporter) their careers, any possible friends she may have had, and last but not least the experts (they were fine till they met Jodi).
As someone who has followed this case since almost day one...I feel very sorry for anyone who has to interact with this woman. I do humbly concede that she is one of the best manipulators I have ever witnessed, and I thought I was good! Travis never had a chance IMHO against this girl.

Second..I noticed some were saying that therapists and psychologist come from dysfunctional backgrounds. Not all of us. I had a very normal upbringing...did some very stupid stuff in my 20's due to normal unresolved issues with my family. My parents are wonderful people. Why my particular personality turned out the way it did... I don't even know. This is why I have conceded a bit in my dx of Jodi. Only because I started to apply her manipulations and coercions to my own. I can lie my way out of anything....and I would never commit a murder. Not all psychopaths/sociopaths are murderers. And one last point, if any of this made sense...I chose to specialize in anit-social and borderline personality disorders because I have very personal knowledge of each and it helped me to try and heal.
