But, Jodi is reading everything Willmott was typing on her phone. Willmott set it in front of Jodi so she could keep reading. Very strange.
I see the pencil sharpener, that's not what I saw before. Also, there weren't all those papers over the desk either. It may have been her phone with a furry, sparkly, orange phone cozy on it. This is really getting weird!

I think it would be awesome to put her in a room without windows and pump in Nurmi's voice asking "and....how did that make you feel?" For the rest of her life. They could switch it up with "so he ejaculated on your face and threw candy at you?"

I'm reposting this that I put up last month, I didn't put a link, has anyone seen it anywhere, look at Juror 5 info

Eighteen Arizona citizens have spent more than two months listening to witnesses, looking at evidence and asking Jodi Arias questions about the slaying of Travis Alexander. And it's not over yet.

But, only 12 of them will ultimately decide on Arias' fate.

Read more: Does Arias suffer from PTSD?

After closing arguments, six of the jurors will find out they are alternate jurors. They will listen to jury instructions and then watch the 12 official jurors head to the jury room to begin deliberations.

Watch: Expert: Gun Jodi used jammed

The alternate jurors will not be released from service at this time. During deliberations, if any one of the 12 jurors are released for any reason, an alternate juror would be called back and deliberations would begin again.

The Arias jury has been closely watched by the gallery and Arias herself. During Arias' testimony, she often answered questions while looking directly at the jury.

Here is what our HLN and In Session producers have noticed about the jury. The following descriptions are intended to give a snapshot of each juror's reaction to Arias' testimony:

    Juror No. 1

She is a white female in her 60s and sits closest to the witness stand. She doesn't look at Arias often during her testimony. People in the gallery observed her yawning once during an emotional part of Arias' testimony.

    Juror No. 2

He is a white male in his 50s. He takes few notes and usually has his head cupped in his hands as he listens to testimony.

    Juror No. 3

She is a white female in her 40s. She takes a lot of notes and often watches prosecutor Juan Martinez as he moves around the courtroom. She has been seen submitting questions.

    Juror No. 4

He is a white male in his 60s, and he takes few notes.

    Juror No. 5

She is a married, white female in her 30s. She sits on the edge of her seat and is the most visible juror from the gallery because she has a “unique hair style.”

    Juror No. 6

She is a white female in her 60s and is also seen taking many notes.

    Juror No. 7

He is a white male in his 30s, and he is married. He takes notes and often bites his nails.

    Juror No. 8

He is a white male in his 50s and is married. He also takes notes and has been observed submitting questions.

    Juror No. 9

He is a white male in his 60s. He wears denim on most days and sits at the end of the jury box. He sits close to the first row of the gallery where Alexander's family sits.

    Juror No. 10

He is a white male in his 70s and is married. He has a tattoo on his right arm. He rarely is seen taking notes. He sits the furthest away from the witness.

    Juror No. 11

She is a married, white female in her 30s. She takes a lot of notes. She does not look at Arias during testimony. She tends to look straight ahead or down at her notes.

    Juror No. 12

She is a white female in her 40s and also takes lots of notes. She swiveled her chair toward Arias during her testimony.

    Juror No. 13

He is a white male in his late 60s to early 70s. He wears an audio-enhancing headset provided by the court. He does takes notes.

    Juror No. 14

He is a white male in his early 60s who often swivels in his chair. He does not appear to be taking notes.

    Juror No. 15

He is a white male in his late 20s or early 30s. He appears to be the youngest member of the jury and takes very few notes. He smiled when Martinez asked Arias if she could predict the future.

    Juror No. 16

He is a white male in his 40s.

    Juror No. 17

He is a Hispanic male in his late 20s to early 30s. He dresses casually and sometimes slouches so far down in his chair that he is hardly visible to the gallery. He does not appear to be taking notes.

    Juror No. 18

She is a white female in her 40s. She is an occasional note taker and she often looks at the gallery during sidebars.

I will try to find article so you can read part about Psychotherapists. Guarantee a chuckle in this context. She can call herself one, but the article really puts it in perspective.

Question for Metis, and any other MH ppl out there...to me, writing a 'manifesto' and autographing copies for when the person becomes 'famous' sounds like someone in the throes of a full-blown Manic episode. The grandiose thoughts/delusions and writing jags (wonder how many pages the manifesto is?) are classic signs of mania, yes? Do you think she is/was bipolar?

I'm definitely not in the MH field -- but there is another element to mania, called 'hypergraphia' which is the overwhelming urge to write. Could fit.

Jodi doesn't have any girlfriends. Who would hunt her down to alert her about Travis cheating on her. I would guess the women Travis knew from work or church could care less about her to warn her. Plus at that time the two weren't "going out". Jodi says they broke up spring 2007. She was stalking for sure. There were no girls to warn her. Little liar.

No, I thnk she said EMDR.

EMDR is a type of therapy used to treat trauma victims, and those suffering from PTSD. I think they were speaking about it in the context of the jurors of having to get over seeing disturbing images of Travis.

Oh sugar. I have had such a shitty day. So forgive my sharp tones, but I absolutely do not understand how you can be so dense as to not grasp how wrong you are about everything you have just stated.

Cliff notes, because I'm too lazy to quote:

    1. If you had done as I suggested, and read up on abuse, then you would understand that abuse victims stay with their abusers, even if the abuse is terrible or dangerous. The reasons vary from case to case, but the fact remains that even in the face of terrifying assaults, abuse victims sometimes don't even fight back. Abuse victims have even been known to try to defend their abusers (such as when authorities come to arrest the abuser, the victim will sometimes attack the arresting officers).

Google is a wonderful tool, as are libraries. Before you post (again) "But Travis did stay with her! There's evidence! He was willing! He wanted her!", I recommend that you research abuse victims, and do a little research on how manipulation works. I would recommend reading up on con artists. That gives you an idea of how they work: Basically, they make you think that what they want is what you want, even if under normal circumstances, you would never agree to do whatever it is they want to involve you in.

    2. Even if he continued to engage with her, so what? You keep saying he didn't do enough. You don't actually know whether or not he looked into getting help or not. You kind of base your opinions on fact, but you don't have the full facts, because you were not privy to all of Travis's conversations with people. You don't know if he called from a payphone at six in the morning to a hotline to get help. You don't know if he went to the library and read up on stalkers. You don't know if he struck up a conversation with a stranger and unburdened himself. You don't know that he didn't make an anonymous call to an attorney's office and asked for advice.

So please. You don't know enough to say that Travis didn't do enough. And go back to point one, just to refresh yourself.

    3. The word of the day is "blame".

    From dictionary.com:

    verb (used with object)
    1. to hold responsible; find fault with; censure: I don't blame you for leaving him.
    2. to place the responsibility for (a fault, error, etc.) (usually followed by on ): I blame the accident on her.
    3. Informal. blast; damn (used as a mild curse): Blame the rotten luck.
    noun
    4. an act of attributing fault; censure; reproof: The judge said he found nothing to justify blame in the accident.
    5. responsibility for anything deserving of censure: We must all share the blame for this deplorable condition.

    Synonyms
1, 2. reproach, reprove, reprehend, criticize. Blame, censure, condemn imply finding fault with someone or something. To blame is to hold accountable for, and disapprove because of, some error, mistake, omission, neglect, or the like: Whom do you blame for the disaster? The verb censure differs from the noun in connoting scolding or rebuking even more than adverse criticism: to censure one for extravagance. To condemn is to express an adverse (especially legal) judgment, without recourse: to condemn conduct, a building, a person to death. 4. reprehension, condemnation, stricture, reproach, animadversion. 5. guilt, culpability, fault, sin.
Since you are so adamant about facts and the truth, then you must realize that you finding fault with Travis's actions is actually blaming him.

You can repeat yourself over and over, and I will be more than happy to remind you every time you post this nonsense that you are blaming Travis.

Perhaps what you mean is this: Travis is not to blame for his death. Jodi is to blame. It is impossible to know when someone who has shown tendencies to be a stalker will become dangerous. Travis's tragic death is a cautionary tale to all of us to take threats seriously.

Is that closer to what you mean?

Remember! Before you post again, that Google is your friend. Try to do some research before you say anything else, ok?

I agree. Jodi is used to manipulating men, primarily with sex. She can't do that with the jury, though I bet she wished she could. And the fact that they have LaVa up there painting males as victimizers, to the point where she referred to Travis as "the perpetrator"; I don't care how pretty thought she used to be, she's not going to win the male jurors over with that now.

Not very often I would assume. From what I can recall, he never drove to her, she drove to him or they met in the middle (Hughes house). We know the Hughes cut that off pretty quickly, and aside from the last visit where we can speculate they had sex before she killed him, we don't really have any idea, except for Jodi's word. Honestly, I think they had more sex after he dumped her, just because she moved to Arizona to try and get him back and I'm sure she threw her puss at him every chance she got.

I would think a manifesto would give the most significant look into a person's psyche just because they tend to be very long and very detailed. It would certainly be much more useful that made-up diary entries and one-sided text messages.

I did think he was questioning whether Doc Fog had a crush on Jodi, but I didn't get that that was where he was going with LaVa; more than she just sympathized with Jodi (because she was female claiming abuse) before she even set foot in the same room as her.

That would totally fit. Those jurors have seen ALL the autopsy pics, many that haven't been online as far as I have can tell, plus those awful close-ups of Jodi's genitals, all on that giant screen in the courtroom. You can't unsee those. I'd have PTSD for sure!

After Dark is worse than ever tonight (I know, I know, why am I even watching).

The "defense team" on there is saying that Jodi stabbed him while he was still in the shower, and that the seated photo of Travis in the shower shows that and shows him bleeding while sitting in the shower?!? And that clearly Jodi already had to stab him because he threatened her?!?

So I guess they forgot about Travis exiting the shower and the body slam and Jodi running, and going into the closet, and grabbing the gun, and running into the bathroom and turning and shooting him while he tackled her like a linebacker (all according to JAs story).

That's what I get for watching this moronic show, I guess. I suppose it serves me right.
