oh for gods sake - he has not signed a single autograph since the first time, and he is allowed to cross the witness how ever he wants, if it was that bad the judge would have already stopped him!

Does anyone know when sequestration was requested by the defense? I heard somewhere (probably HLN, which we all know is questionable) that they requested it before the start of the trial and it was denied. Also, did they request that this trial not be televised, ever?

This is simply embarrassing for the defense! They should get her to answer the questions and get out of there as fast as possible. The longer the cross lasts, the more stupid they look.

I agree completely. I'm sure there are some questions that are squishy enough that there really is not a yes or no answer, but she is refusing to answer simple questions that clearly have a yes or no answer. Ugh.

Defense did request sequestration before start of trial and as recently as last week (Thursday) and yes, they did try to block In Session/HLN from broadcasting trial.

I'd say one with terrible boundaries. A lot of people go into psychology because they have emotional problems; but instead of working on their own issues, they try to help other people with theirs (it's easier). Dr Samuels had the same problem.
