What about the possibility of Jodi saying, "Can I do a photo shoot? I've had this idea about "re-enacting" the Psycho shower stabbing scene on camera .... you know, the way Hitchcock did it from the point of view of Anthony Perkins' character."

I have been thinking of other ways that the murder could have gone down.

The camera was the "key" to opening the shower door -- otherwise he would have been startled. It was a right-handed camera, but Jodi is left-handed,

So I could see her coaxing Travis into playing out the Psycho scene, even exposing his chest for her to hold the knife against to capture in a picture ... but instead she stabs as hard as she can.

Jodi used a cup found in the shower to splash water around to clean up the blood. JM mentioned the bottom of storage boxes being soaked through with water. So the blood trail was incomplete. There had been more blood from the shower to the hall than was found.

I know what you mean! I try to tell people about it but no one seems to care lol. I DID however get my boyfriend kind of interested..and by kind of i think he just tolerates it :) Last weekend i went out for drinks with a best friend that i don't see too often and tried to explain but i think she just thought i was nuts. I've been reading this thread since it happened and have been glued to it and the trial. Although i admit i didn't even listen to when JW was blabbing to AL. I couldn't take the giggles anymore.

Thats why you tell them that you are following it becuase of how interesting the inner workings of the court are. People that follow for the info on the case are crazy.. but people who follow for the legal part of things are not! (I am totally not serious lol)

Glad I'm not the only one with an uninterested (and very sick of hearing it!) hubby lol. I was at my Mom and Dad's house when Martinez began his cross of JA, so they are now hooked. I keep up with the trial, obviously, so it's a bit annoying for my Mom to call me and tell me about this or that....um, yeah I saw lol! Hubby just thinks it's turned into a side show and he's disgusted by the behavior in the courtroom (he's a former police officer, so he's all about decorum in court) We both agree that the judge needs to take control back. In NH, they won't even let you chew gum in the courtroom and the baliffs spot you across the room even if you're not chomping like a maniac. That's even in child support/family court. Now, could someone please hand me my big gulp? LOL

When that happens I feel so sorry for the Court Reporter.

Nurmi is a court reporters dream, slow speaking is easier to catch. The fast talkers are sometimes difficult to understand. My worst nightmare when I was one back in the 80s was when I was asked to read back something in court, it is not always easy to find as we have seen when that female court reporter had to read back. One time the judge beat me finding it, he had nearly verbatim notes himself. that was embarrassing!
