I just don't get it. Yes, they had long arguments via IM, but it takes 2 to tango. If she didn't keep answering, there would be no fight. Also, whether there was name calling or not, they were not face to face fighting! Nor, was it a fight over the phone. It was all a flurry of words, not fists.
Not that the more erudite can't be lying frauds, paid hacks (read: Dr. Dick). However, if the DT really wanted to make a point regarding domestic abuse, they could have at least hired someone with a more impressive CV, a domestic abuse specialist with a PhD, peer reviewed, not a social worker with a master's degree paid 350.00 per hour to regurgiate countless emails/text messages taken out of context, to psychoanalyze someone she has never spoken with/interviewed...the BUTCHERED VICTIM.
Lol! I was thinking the same thing!
I agree. This really passed Jodi off. I bet this is when she started her murderous plans.
Wait and see. Donovan and Jodi may have plans to cause a mistrial. I got a bad feeling.
I think she has every right to be there. She has already given 3 months of her life to this trial. She has a right to see it through, IMO.
Agree!!!!
Agree. She is making me angry!
We don't know ANY details yet. I'll wait to judge her until we do. And even then, I won't judge her too harshly. She has given a lot to this trial. The defense complained and this led to her dismissal. We dont know what realy even happened. It sucks so many people are judging her so harshly.

I hope one of the juror questions is:
"Your kidding, right?"
Michael Kiefer@michaelbkiefer4m
Judge orders that no one approach juror 5 in the courtroom during break. She sits defiantly in gallery as reporters lurk. What's her game?
As much as I believe Juror 5 has a right to be there... I wonder if she should stay home next week, mostly because of the media

It is extraordinary. This juror is making herself look almost as crazy as Arias, stalking the court. Wtt?
Outstanding detective work by CP and the other posters highlighting this.
Another thing we need the background on.
It adds a circus element to the proceedings. Has this ever happened before in a televised trial in the states?
My first multi quote attempt - with thanks to Metis.
I respectfully disagree. She sat on the jury for 4 months and for whatever reason (and we do not know Anything except for speculation) she was dismissed. I agree that she would not have got booted without just cause but she has a right just as any other citizen to attend the trial that she wasted that time on. If the jury can be trusted, they should be able to deal with her presence there. That is JMO.
She is looking directly over towards Travis's family (jury left already)
In this pic below, you can see Det Flores is talking to Samantha (shortly afterwards she looks toward Juror #5) No one talked to her (a reporter in a blue shirt w/ a black strap around ghis right shoulder started his way on over but was called back & he was kinda like what? I thought thats what we were doing)

No, she has a master's...and was quick to inform us how fast she completed her post-grad work, less than 2 years, I think. I forget now what exactly her degree was in...but her thesis was lame, and she claims it was never published because she "wasn't interested in that." Pfft.

According to Alyce, being married puts you in a vulnerable position.
Add that to my list.
Hold the phone.....Stabby's all strong and refusing to see TA. He "guilts" her into seeing him. Why the hell would he do that after he just blasted her for being a POS that ruined his life????
I hear ya, but isn't this jury supposed to be unbiased and able to withstand prejudice? Nurmi, Stabby and Palin are just looking for a reason for a mistrial, yes....but I would think that the rest of the jury would learn from her mistake and forge forward, however difficult it is to listen to ALV.
For those asking about Donovan:
Donovan Bering has been one of Jodi's biggest supporters. Her girlfriend is/was Jodi's cellmate, and Donovan did jail time for an accessory arson charge (burning down a dentist's office), which is how they met.
She has gone on TV interviews supporting Jodi, and has been in court nearly every day, except for a week following the magazine incident.
When it was revealed that Jodi put coded messages into a magazine and tried to sneak them out of jail to Matt, Donovan ran from the court room and went MIA for a few days. She has since returned.
Jodi had been examined by a psychologist, but the report was on a laptop which was stolen from the psychologist's house. Some people suspect that Donovan may have had a hand in that.
Donovan and her friend Ann Campbell have posted on Mydeathspace (I think under the username Karma), and argued with mods. She is currently active on the 'Jodi Arias is Innocent' website, and has bad grammar.
There is a lot of info on the old thread, buried in those 2k pages. :)
