Alice said the words were terrible. EX 275- Objection from state. It's a 16 pages of IM messages. "What a freaking whore" was one thing Travis said. Objection from the state.

So, Travis had relationship issues....given his rocky and unstable early childhood, that is no surprise. And he tended toward women who were "vulnerable", meaning they also had relationship issues and low self esteem. That is pretty well fleshed out, to the max.
Again, I wonder.....WTF is Jodi's defense against plotting and committing cold-blooded murder? Because Travis was a womanizer, a cad? All my exes would be dead, if that were a legal defense. Fuck sake.

How crazy would it be for juror #5 to talk over to Travis family and say hi? She is no longer to keep any admonition and is free to talk to whom ever she likes. There is no way she makes it out of that building without getting mobbed.

She can't be a martyr unless she is wrongly convicted and is sentenced to death. Certainly, we should all wish for that, since it will just add to the tragedy that is Jodi's life. Victimized by family and boyfriends, and now, finally, by society. How can a world be so unjust when a woman who is broken up with a man can't drive over a thousand miles just to have sex with him? Ok, sure, so someone died. That's not that big a deal, is it? It's not like Jodi ever had a choice. He put her under his spell just by being in the same room as her. He must have had pheromones or something enslaved women to do his ultimate bidding or something in order for Jodi to feel used and abused and yet unable to live without him within the first week of meeting him.

After looking at the pic of Donavan today I am convinced that they modeled Jabba the Hut in her likeness..the resemblance is uncanny..
I think it is very selfish of her. If a juror even looks at her they will be called on it. It may be her right. I just think its wrong. The trial aint about her.
