He's seeing nothing he likes with the jury. What the hell's he studying them for anyway, that's not what he's bloody paid for is it. Seems this is becoming personal for him.

Now THAT has to be the biggest contradiction in terms I've ever heard. Porn stars can porn away, I've got not a thing against them. But there is no such thing as an innocent fucking porn star. Right there, she's showed exactly what she's made of. Aren't women like her supposed to be against 'exploitation of women'? For sure if Travis had any porn of note, she would be calling him out for abusing women by the very act of looking at them naked.

JW seems to have increased her pace a wee bit. They need to get to the gist of the matter because, jmo, they are loosing this jury

I think Stabby has something cooking with Donovan. This morning she was watching the jury file in, and after they were seated, she looked back at Donovan very quickly and smirked. Just now before recess, she watched them file out and then again, looked back at Donovan, slight nod or acknowledgement and tried to cover a smile.

I really think the baliff or the judge should be more aware of these exchanges. Donovan oozes criminal, and imo IT shouldn't be allowed in the courtroom in such close proximity to IT's co-'whore'-t.

Damn right it shouldn't. I don't know if this can happen, and still trying to find it again, but I read last night Donovan is visiting Jodi in jail on a daily basis on J's return from court. And then i'm thinking I watched a news clip a while back where Arpaio (sp) said she doesn't receive visitors in jail, though maybe I'm confusing this with something else.

One thing's for sure, there's direct contact of some sort between these two. Imo, most likely from Donovan to Jodi or Donovan to her g/f in that jail alongside Jodi by 'phone if visits are, in fact, not allowed. And if we're aware of this, the DT sure as hell are.

The only diary entry that came thru for me was May 22, 2008, and goes up to page 8, nothing more. Anyone else ever see any part of this diary entry before today? I don't remember it, but my memory is foggy and facts are running together and over each other. This entry is very wordy compared to her other entries and even appears to be more informational than the others we've seen. To me that's odd, like someone else said, a setup, written after the murder laying out facts so no one would read it and suspect her...as they'd "had the talk." She really thought she would get away with it. She didn't know she'd left evidence at the scene! The entry makes it sound like she was over Travis, yet HE was still interested. Very odd. Especially in light of what we have heard and seen in trial and media.

Arias was expecting Travis to come see her sing only 2 days later , I think she was setting him earlier in May, round about the sex tape time. Didn't she go out scouting for sites in the woods where they were going to have sex? Wonder if she had it in her mind to kill him in the woods, but then he didn't come so she quick stepped in down to AZ.

She could have written that because she was planning the murder. Check the handwriting, I think it gets sloppy after the murder when she hurt her finger.

There's not a doubt in my mind that there's no fuckery involved with this journal. Nobody would tell the investigators where there's additional evidence. That's what your own lawyer is for. And she put it in a fireproof safe? WTF? They must have been damn valuable to her. I think once she got wind that everyone and their brother was telling the cops she must have done it, she sat down and went over every single journal entry. She ripped out pages where she needed to. I'd bet she also got a whole new journal for the fist part of 2008 and put in what she needed to put in. If she was sooooo over Travis, why drive 1000+ miles? According to Alyce, she's getting stronger in releasing his grip on her. All fuckery. Jodi IS fuckery. UGH.

Okay, so I have secured the day off for Monday! I will get to the courthouse at 6am and hope that I get into the trial. Any thoughts on what I should wear? A t-shirt with a huge blue ribbon that says JusticeforTravis? Or maybe a t-shirt with the logo Stabby ?

I can't think of any legal reason they could exclude her. She's been released from jury duty, she's not a witness, she's a private citizen, and the courtroom is open to all citizens.
