idk - that isn't what the motion said, and i bet the judge gets tons of those phone calls - this is the same writer that mischaracterized jinkasarus' reporting and said she saw a juror watching instead of saying she was worried a juror would see it, and started this mess - a lot of court observers were worried she was on the defense side and would prolly leave any massage to try to get her thrown out of the jury

During the CA case because of Florida's Sunshine laws all of the letters sent to CA and the court were released to the public, along with the nutters names. Too bad AZ doesn't have Sunshine Laws.
