OMG.....this reminded me of something! I went to school with a girl who used to do this....write all over her notebooks. Mrs Larry ____. Sue ____. Sue and Larry, forever. She and Larry married and had two kids. They stayed in town, after graduation. They owned a business and seemed to have it all. Then Larry decided he didn't want to be married, any longer, to Sue. Not surprisingly, Sue had been very possessive of him, and he'd had enough. They separated for a while, tried reconciling, and then separated for the last time. He filed for divorce and they shared custody. One weekend, Sue took the kids up to New Hampshire and slit their throats in the motel room....then, she wandered into the office and told the proprietor that she'd hurt her children. He ran in to find they had died. Sue was judged not fit to stand trial, and is still in a psychiatric/correctional facility, waiting for the day she IS fit. She sends Christmas cards out, from her cell, signing the names of herself and her two children. They were only 7 and 9 when they died. I was stunned to read about the crime in the paper, because I recalled Sue as being "normal".....but one of our mutual friends remembered differently. She had dated Larry before he started dating Sue. At one of the class reunions, my friend (very married and very pregnant) had gone up to Larry and given him a hug and said "so great to see you......it's been a long time." She said Sue later cornered her in the ladies room and said "Stay away from him, you fucking BITCH!" Sandy was just blown away....she said "I could not have been at my most unattractive state, and Larry and I had been long time friends....I could not believe the venom she used when spitting out those words..." Sorry for the book, but it reminded me of a "Jodi" sort of person that I grew up with. That was what HER notebook looked like!! Yikes!!

I agree. I thought perhaps with the possibility of the defense using his now-infamous gun shooting video, Hall would have learned his lesson and kept a low profile after that. Guess maybe he's off of the potential witness list and back to his antics?

Definitely not meaning to sidetrack the thread, but this scenario sounds extremely familiar. Have you checked to see if there's a thread on this case on this forum? I could swear I've read about it on this very site (but I usually have enough pills in my belly to constitute a meal, so I could be mistaken, lol!).
This is not the point... The point is that Travis did not do anything truly active to try and thwart his known stalker. There was much he could have done legally and otherwise. Perhaps, had he faced the obvious insanity of which he was fully aware, he would have had at least one chance to save his own life by simply being prepared.
I totally missed that! It must've been when I was sticking my head in the oven trying to kill my own self listening to that crap. Till I remembered the oven was electric.
