I think no juror questions mean they question the relevance of this witness' testimony. I can't believe she's gotten away with talking about their relationship like she has first hand knowledge. It seems like the judge has given a lot of leeway to the defense in terms of allowing hearsay.

Even Samuels had questions well before his cross, Alyce has been on stand for what seems like a week. Has it been that long?

Yeah, it'd be fairly easy to figure out who is asking what..They've said several times now that questions are asked in the order they're received.. it'd be very easy to write down who submits when then connect the who with the what question.

It's true, he could have stopped also. But he didn't. Unfortunately, we really don't know the REAL reason why Stabby got stabby on June 4th. Was it because of the sexual relationship? Was it because she was obsessed? Was it because of the Cancun trip? Was it because of Mimi? Was it because of the May 26th email from Travis where he called her a sociopath?

When the trial started, I really wanted Stabby to accept a plea deal ON THE CONDITION that she fully allocute. But that didn't happen...and here we are 3 months in and I'm fully vested (but bored) and hoping for the DP. It doesn't matter why anymore...just that she DID it.

Great comment. :) but I disagree, with some...It does MATTER and it matters greatly....for the sole reason that this case reveals the intricacies of a relationship where the victim willingly CHOSE to continue a relationship with his known stalker. It is a strange case in this way....Who does that? This fact can only lead one to believe that Travis had a sexual addiction issue with Jodi. Clearly, he did not love Jodi anymore. He had already figured her out but CHOSE to continue engagement with her, regardless. This case is a landmark case. It reveals the power of addiction vs. psychopathy. Hopefully, future lives can be saved because of it.

Seriously when Jodi testified that Travis told her to be careful of Deanna because Deanna was "unstable" and not to hang around him if Deanna was around because he didn't know how Deanna would react, I almost giggled myself into a fit when Jodi then described Deanna showing up at Travis' house when Jodi was there alone and she (Jodi) didn't know how to handle it and offered her a cookie.

Now, this story I'm lending some credibility to, simply because one of Jodi's emails to Travis reiterated the "unstable Deanna" situation, which makes it even funnier...can you even imagine, in walks Deanna, who thinks (knows?) Jodi is crazy, and there's Jodi sitting there, who thinks Deanna is crazy. And what does she do? She offers her a fresh-baked cookie, of course.

Honestly, some of the fuck and awe of this trial couldn't be topped by the worst soap opera EVER.

Personally, I gotta hand it to old T-Dawg, if that was his game (let all the chicks you're dating think the other ones are crazy and vice-versa) and keep everybody off kilter. Damn, wish I'd have thought about that angle in my wild and crazy dating days!

even if he didnt have sex with jodi on june 4th, she was going to kill him anyway..the only way she wouldnt have killed him that day is if he proposed to her or did something along those lines

Agree. Travis did not know she was a ticking time bomb. And I doubt anyone else would have, either. It was only a matter of the stars and planets aligning, perfectly, that set her fuse on fire.

this is not unusual, it happens every day,way more common than ending a toxic relationship - in fact it leads me to the side that it was travis getting the verbal abuse, i bet a lot of times it was just easier to give in to jodi than to fight her - and i bet the last night was one of those nights

its no secret that travis enjoyed sex, and i think he still had some feelings for her

but i think he did those things so she would leave him alone (as weird as it sounds)

you cant rationalize with stalkers/people with issues.. he probably figured if he just gave into her demands, she would stop her crazy tirades
