The fact that Travis and Hughes and Jodi had the email war going on-and Jodi shows up at Travis' house the next day at 3am in the morning for her "surprise" visit. The one where she said he was happy to see her.

Why is Jodi writing an email to Travis explaining about her feelings and they were talking about how wrong he has been on Feb 7, when by Jodi's own words they were an official couple on Feb 2?

The Hughes' email was Jan 29-31. Jodi showed up at Travis' house Feb 1-2 at 3am. Feb 2nd-they became official bf and gf.

I suspect if we seen the whole email-we might have a clearer picture of what went on.

The pseudo pious position she attempts to adopt is so glaringly self-serving and obviously hypocritical that every juror must be sick of it too. That ALV uses religious excuses in explaining Arias' mind set is beyond stupid. Arias has been so inconsistent about her 'devotion' to Mormonism. She picks when she is in devout mode, learner mode, advanced mode and 'sort of' a Mormon mode. Anyone with just one brain cell more then the JAII lot see it is simply a trial ploy to portray herself as religious. Her faith was a lifestyle choice to appeal to TA and fit his PreLegal crowd. Trouble is, Arias can't keep her lies straight and the religious inconsistencies very easy to spot - as jury questions indicate.

Seriously, we are to believe that she was suddenly so concerned about being chaste...and never looked further into the whole chastity issue, instead choosing to totally rely on Travis as her spiritual mentor?? Do you recall the last report Skye Hughes made to the Prosecutor's Office (before she was put on the Defense Witness List to shut her down), was a report from a friend that Jodi Arias joined the Church in order to get close to Travis. There is no proof whatsoever to dispel the facts that everything she does and says is other than self-motivated and self-serving. If I ever got a letter from someone telling me that they were giving up their life as a sign of devotion to me, I'd seek police protection. Just another delusional stalker.

Ian, I tried to rep you but can't for now. Thanks to you (for the encouragement of a newbie) and all of those providing timeline refreshers and updates. With a few exceptions, I am blown away with the insight, the detail and the information on this thread. Nearly every post offers something to consider, corrects a misunderstanding or gives an opinion worth applauding - even if we don't all agree.

I do recall a reference of the type you mention above, re the religious posturing/ joining to get to TA easier. It was predictably calculating. Regarding proof, I agree - it's absolutely vital to believe nothing she says without solid evidence when evaluating. Every time I am reminded if this on MDA it helps me focus better. It s too easy to be distracted by the oceans of lies, her fog and fabricated testimony. She must be smirking in her cell, knowing that her "stupid stories" are even being discussed - especially in court.
