In her life full of unfortunate coincidences and convenient memory issues, I doubt it. Unless she suddenly remembers that after she shot Travis, he rose to his feet and started strangling her.
I'm not legal person...so maybe somebody with complete knowledge can chime in. I always understood mistrials to mean start over fresh. It's as if the first trial never happened. It may be hard in this case, b/c by now, everybody has seen this trial.

Pretty sure if there were to be a second trial and Stabby took the stand again or any of the other witnesses anything they said in first trial could be used to impeach them if story changes.

I cannot see the family agreeing easily to a plea deal. I think they would rather risk a new trial -- although I don't know if Juan Martinez will. Not because he doesn't care, but because he knows what nonsense this trial has led to, and he may want to spare the family the agony of having to listen to Jodi's lies be repeated over and over about their brother.
If I were the family, I would fight as hard as I could for a retrial. They want to clear Travis's name as much as they want to find her guilty.
