And just a comment about the Lisa conversation. When she was on the stand, she did point out to JM that now that she's older and looking back, she felt her letter really wasn't fair to Travis. And in response to jury questions, Lisa answered that Travis was never abusive to her in any way, he never called her names, and he never pressured her for sex. They also asked if she had ever called Jodi a stalker, to which her answer was 'Yes'. When the defense lawyers followed up on the 'stalker' question, they asked if Travis had told Lisa a lot of crazy things about Jodi. Lisa's response was, 'Yes', but she also felt Jodi was a stalker 'from her own experience'. (or some phrasing like that).

Well, the judge is the one who questioned all the jurors, and she didn't seem to see a problem. So it seems likely the defense is just grasping at straws. However, even if Juror 5 has to go, there are 17 others and they only need 12 for deliberations. This is why they have alternates, so that a problem with one juror (or even a couple), does not derail an entire trial.
