Travis never assaulted her and he was certainly no predator. Lisa Andrews didn't say he assaulted her or was a predator either. I never implied either.... Hyperbole much?

What evidence could ALV or anyone else for that matter have that could support the murder being committed in an 'especially heinous, cruel or depraved manner' that is not already out there? THE AUTOPSY PHOTOS ALONE show that...hell, just the one of his slit throat, or the nine stabs to the back scream heinous, cruel and depraved for godsake.

Could this be that the defense is being proactive just in case JM wanted to show AL the autopsy photos in reference to physical abuse that Travis endured??????

I disagree sir/madam, Lisa Andrews was the defenses third witness in the trial. Look it up, Juan changed the tides so to speak and just like he has always done, turned her into a prosecution witness.

I only knew that because I watched her whole testimony during the break because I was bored. No trial days are boring no harm, I do think that Travis had his issues but didn't deserve to die for them. Can't wait for tomorrow!

Thinking just like I said earlier that our ability to find things out, harms the trial as is the case with the persecution experts laptop. The more we know, the more that things can go astray. That is just my opinion. I would not want my name out on a list that says I am a witness/expert witness in favor of prosecution or defense for fear of public wrath.

You've NEVER had to tell someone that was getting too friendly with you to "stop" before? Ever? I'm not being a smart ass. I'm genuinely curious. How does one really know their boundaries if no one has ever tried to cross them?

He (Travis) stopped. From my personal experience, that means more than an unreasonable expectation that he should have known ahead of time what her "real" boundaries were, especially considering the duplicitous nature of many people who "seem" to be deeply entrenched in their religion (I've been drinking ... is duplicitous even a word?)

We've gotta run down the accurate configuration of Travis's Doggie Door. I don't think it was the traditional door with the loose panel that we see in movies or cartoons. I think it was a gerry-built half-open sliding door at the rear of his house, blocked off at the top, with the bottom portion left open so that the dog, (or others??) could leave and enter at will.
