Actually, Lisa was a defense witness, called b/c of an angry email she sent Travis where she complains about his sexual aggression, butt-grabbing etc. etc...they were trying to establish Travis as a oversexed predator of sorts. It was on cross-exam by Martinez that she was able to say that she was very young and naive at the time and that Travis stopped the behavior when she asked him to, and she seemed relieved to get that 'out there' (to me at least.)

Doesn't matter. She still had to tell him to stop actions related to sex that were making her feel uncomfortable. He was a smart man....why would he come on so strong to a Virgin?

What evidence could ALV or anyone else for that matter have that could support the murder being committed in an 'especially heinous, cruel or depraved manner' that is not already out there? THE AUTOPSY PHOTOS ALONE show that...hell, just the one of his slit throat, or the nine stabs to the back scream heinous, cruel and depraved for godsake.

She was a Prosecution witness. Martinez didn't treat her as gently as we expected him to--remember he showed her the picture of Travis's butchered body--but she was his witness.

Travis never assaulted her and he was certainly no predator. Lisa Andrews didn't say he assaulted her or was a predator either. I never implied either.... Hyperbole much?

They must be! I think at this point they must be just worried!! I hope this gets denied! It appears to me that the proceedings (not saying the Judge) are very pro-defense! I know everyone is saying "It's a DEATH PENALTY case", "It's a DEATH PENALTY case", but the DT has had such a wide berth, especially with 'facts' that bear no evidence at all!

I disagree sir/madam, Lisa Andrews was the defenses third witness in the trial. Look it up, Juan changed the tides so to speak and just like he has always done, turned her into a prosecution witness.

No but the video shows testimony from from Stabby and OG about the gas cans and the remote and makes the suggestion she bartered the dvd player for the gas cans and that's why OG never asked for the gas cans back.

Well so far Alyce has opened a lot of doors, jmo, and she hasn't even gotten to the crux of her testimony yet so it's anyone's bet what it could be or it could be a preemptive strike against JM's rebuttal case.

All of the damn sidebars are sealed too so no chance of finding out that way. Because the jury is NOT sequestered a lot of stuff is sealed or taking place in the Judge's chambers out of the public hearing

I'm really not understanding this whole topic. Haven't you said stop before? Is it unusual to set boundaries? Did you think something was wrong with a man if you said stop? I never did. I set the boundaries. That was that. If he didn't respect it, I moved on but didn't hate on him or slaughter him.
