Need to add 24 May, Jodi singing at something and Travis was supposed to come and see her and didn't, which in my opinion precipitated the whole massive fight on 25/26 May. Jodi even eludes to Det Flores this is the weekend scrap is the catalyst to her deciding to go on her "road trip" ie murder trip.

Ok, so supposedly Travis bought her a pair of panties that said Travis's, and then a totally not-matching t-shirt that said Travis Alexander's, right?
I know I saw of photo of her in those, and a photo of them off of her body. Were those photos taken after the murder, or before the murder?
When did she supposedly receive those? Was it Valentine's Day of 2008? That would have to be some sort of internet purchase, wouldn't it? Would it be possible for the prosecution to look that up?
Also, regarding the spiderman underwear, does she ever say when Travis got those for her? (Not that I believe her, I'm just curious about what she said.)
She took pictures of the "Travis's" underwear, but not the Spidies. I suppose that's because she didn't come up with the pedo story until after she was in prison, or because she hadn't had time to go buy some before she was arrested.
The biggest question I have of course, is if Travis was so into sexy photos of her, and kinky shit like that, why didn't he have any pictures of her in her ugly panties and t-shirt, or in the spiderman underwear? That seems so weird to me.
And a question unrelated to underwear: The email from the Hughes to Jodi that the defense is using right now...did they say when that email was dated? And when did the Hughes tell Travis that Jodi was no longer allowed in the house?
She may have gotten her story from the picture, but was it ever clarified they had watched the movie that included the gal shaking her bootie and had spiderman undies on? To me, that was what Travis was getting at with his gift. To see Jodi in a pair of them and perhaps dance for him. I think it was just a personal joke between them, but Jodi thought up her story to be otherwise.Saw a clip of the dancing gal in the movie, I can see why Travis got her the undies.
OMG! My feelings exactly - I see things differently now. The other day I saw a young guy and I shook my head and thought "that could be Travis doing that." I know Jodi's a psychopath but I can't help but wonder how on earth anyone could be so brutal in doing that to Travis (or anyone for that matter). It's so far beyond my comprehension.

True TV had their recaps on this morning with Alyce. I tried to stay with it, but couldn't stand it, she's so biased. I don't think being biased is bad, normally, but being so biased because of Jodi stories is all wrong. I think she'll get bit once JM gets hold of her. Then, we'll have to listen to the drone of JW trying to repair what JM got out of her.
I wonder how Alyce will feel after she hears the other side of the stories.
I agree, she is very biased towards Stabby. I really think that all JM has to do at this point is get up after Palen and ask ALV if she is basing her findings on Stabby's words. Again, all defense's witness are basing their findings on spoken word from a proven liar. I know the jury has to see through her crap, or at least I hope they do.

Would Alyce be able (legally, I mean) to say that perhaps she was wrong? Is it unethical of her to change her opinion (or vice versa, to not change her opinion) based on new evidence presented to her? Or is she legally bound to toe the defense's line now that she's their witness?

I don't know what Alyce will do. I'm sure she'll be somewhat swayed away from the defense side, but will stay defense so as not to be proven she made a mistake in judgement. Good grief, Jodi fooled the psychologist, she surely can beat Alyce. After she gets off the stand (if not before) she's likely to think "what the Hell did I just do?"

Reminds me of her story about the time Travis ran upstairs and started beating his head against the wall...you know how she picks pieces of the truth and weaves them into her lies, like a demented magpie building its nest? Swayed by the defense? Sorry but she fed Stabby her "abused woman" lie line by line. Alyce sold her soul for a few pieces of silver. She is doing untold damage to real victims of abuse. She not only "evaluated" Stabby but was paid to consult to the defense team as well.
Alyce is warrior for her cause but when she started beating the drum for Stabby based on her lies she sold out, plain and simple. She never even bothered to interview Stabby's own family, she relied on reports written by others.

I agree. I don't think Detective Flores really thought that was who Travis was, or even that those things were true. He was just using those comments to try and get Stabby to confess. Suspects are more willing to confess to someone they think empathizes with them or has similar views.
I think Stabby went through other people's stuff whenever she had the chance. She has no normal boundaries, like the rest of us. And I think she would use the info she gleaned to try and have more control over people and manipulate them.
I never thought so either. I think the tapes show her in her natural and unguarded state. She does not have her usual mask on because she thinks nobody can see her, so she is not trying to pretend to be normal and fit in.
I said this too, back when it first came up about Dr Dicky first thinking she might have MPD... it is SUPER rare, plus Stabby did not fit the criteria. However, I don't think Dr. D was really approaching this from a sincere diagnostic standpoint of wanting to find out what was actually wrong with Stabby. I think Dr D was just trying to find a diagnosis that he could make fit that would help the defense. I think the truth was irrelevant to him.

I believe the email was from January 2007. When Chris Hughes is on the stand on Day 10 for that hearing, he is asked questions about it from Nurmi and made to read it. I am unsure why, as it really had nothing to do with the whole point of that hearing, but he does.
Yes, that would be awesome and I wouldn't put it past JM to do that.
