I feel they have one juror based on the question of "the dam breaking" once she shot TA. When it was asked, Jodi perked up, glanced at jury, (the one she seems to be making contact with), Doc asked for the question repeated, Jodi perked up more and then Wilmott perked up, some interaction between fric and frac at the defense table and Jodi waiting his answer with bated breath.

I believe the question was, paraphrasing: ' Is it possible the insane stabbing could be the result of the dam breaking from bottling emotions after she shot him '

I could be wrong, but it was the look JA threw at the jory box that made my skin crawl. She looked almost stunned to be handed such a gem.
