I get the sense that most of the jury questions are similar to what we have all been talking about, here. Many of the questions focused around how reliable these tests are, especially given that the subject is known to compulsively lie. Several questions on the ethics of his gift. The one I loved, and the one he seemed to "skirt" around, was "if you say that consistency in a story helped you to confirm that Jodi's stories were lies, and if her story is now very consistent, wouldn't that indicate she is not telling the truth?' or something to that effect. I understood to mean they were questioning her consistency with her self-defense story, not the ninja story. Also, he mentions possibility vs. probability. And, I think that Jodi SCREAMS of defying the odds, or averages, in her entire relationship with Travis. Therefore, the possibility stands out much more in her case.
Sorry-but I don't think they are buying what doc is selling!

The dr is back on the stand to answer jury questions. Suppose to be 100+ (the Q & A are the short version)
Jury Questions: Judge reads them out for the dr to answer.
1. Are you only allowed to testify with your clients consent? Yes
2. Fight or flight, does the body choose? Depends
3. Can both happen at the same time? Yes
4. Can memories blocked return? Only if hippocampus is really flooded
5. How can we be certain you diagnose is not based on her lies? Based on my experience
6. Did you hypz her? NO
7. Did anyone else? No
8. Fight or flight-do these memories exist? Not to me
9. If she can draw from photos, or stories, etc-couldn't she remember then? NO. They make fake memories
10. Are their other shrinks that have different opinions than you? There's never 100% agreement.

Didn't he clarify by saying the correct figure is 3 to 8 cases in every 100,000? That's .00003% to .00008%. A very small number. Don't see any statistical significance in it unless you're talking about the population of China! No?

I find the above snippet intriguing. In the Betty Broderick case, that is almost the exact scenario Betty described in court, that she had taken the gun with her to Dan and Linda's home to try to force him to listen to her and perhaps even shoot herself in front of him so he would have to live with the guilt. It worked for Betty in her first trial, which ended in a hung jury (I believe a man was the lone juror who caused that mistrial and was quoted as saying he didn't know what took her so long to shoot Dan)...I'm still inclined to think this trial is going to end up with a hung jury as well.
They said earlier on HLN that the other women in jail love her and think she is amazing :/
