I'm pretty surprised at a few of these questions.
Ok, he's just admitted it's not possible to establish if anyone's telling the truth. That should, in effect, render the 'tests' and diagnosis' useless.
What?? Is she taking medication for the 'terrible' PTSD? Totally bizarre, did I heard that right?
ETA: Take it back, sounds like some of the jury are fucking with him.

he just confirmed a LIE!!!!! TO THE JURY!!!!!!!!!!!! yeeehaaaw!
JA was specifically asked if she was taking any medication for her "mental issues" and she denied any meds and any issues. he just said she was definitely on medication for ptsd/depression!
Treated w/medication for this TERRIBLE PTS condition? Sounds waaaaayyyy to sympathetic to JA for my liking. Who is this juror? Will they be the holdout?
He thinks he is teaching the jury.![]()
she said she wasn't taking medication and that she didn't have access to mental health personnel
oh hodi - when will you learn - we WILL find out!

Jodi looks so bored today.
"Extravagant planning does not happen under acute stress" He's saying that sure, she could grab a gun. But I would think cleaning up a crime scene to make sure you're not traceable, that might fall under the "extravagant planning". I'm not an psychiatrist, I just play one online lol
Looks like Nurmi got the lilac memo a day late.

Some of ya'll need to calm down. The jurors are doing their job by asking questions, they need to clarify things. Noone knows what's going through their head when they wrote that question down and it's probably best not to speculate on it either. Also, some of the questions do sound very sarcastic, they may sound caring or sympathetic but again noone knows what was going through that jurors mind and you can't determine tone or intent through something being written down and read aloud by someone else.

Ooh they caught the "actors"... smart cookies on the jury are payin' attention.
His answers sounds full of shit, though.
