Willmott looks terrible. She looks unfocused, she gets scrambled and flustered very easily, also she is downright talking back to the judge! Wow...she is NOT a good trial attorney. The ME testimony was awful and so is this. Not impressed...

But I think she would be a nice person outside of the courtroom, she just is a poor trial attorney.

That's why I was awestruck yesterday when someone posted her bio and she talked about how she "trained" hundreds of lawyer in how to conduct a trial in the courtroom.

I can't think of a good reason why... it was so random. Maybe to put the hint in their heads that he makes a lotta money so he must be good? If I were a jury member I think that would make me think of the money that I was NOT making while sitting there listening to him ramble on and making his.

I thought the same thing. Where did this random knife attack that no one has ever heard from before come from, dammit!

And last, but not least, holy crap to the lady in the gallery just chuggin' outta the 2 liter bottle... in court... wow!

I thought she was trying to minimize how much he earns, because it was like "well sure you're making 250 an hour now, but you've been doing this 30 years". As if we are to think he is a bargain because he has all this alleged experience, and surely it's only an issue if someone who doesn't have so much was getting that kind of money.

With regards to the 2 liter bottle, I thought the courtroom observers have said that they are only allowed water and gum?

I think that not being caught by the red light/speeding cameras was part of Stabby's grand plan. I think Stabby researched a route to Travis' house that would AVOID all the intersections with cameras. This was just one more facet of her "no evidence of presence in AZ" plan. I bet she saw TV shows where perps were caught when the police searched through similar photos. I believe she even thought that the very absence of photos would be important "proof" that she was not there. Why else would she ASK Det Flores about it? She knew she would not be on the cameras (even though she obviously was in Mesa). If she had driven a normal, main drag route to Travis' house, then she possibly would show on the cameras.

Personally, I think she did have at least one plate on the car when she was in AZ, except for when she was at Travis'. I think she might have removed the plate then (to try and eliminate any possible proof she was in the neighborhood). She then put the plate back on after she left Travis', but in her haste, she put it on upside down. As to a neighbor seeing a car with no plate and being suspicious, considering she would only be there a matter of hours, she probably considered it a risk worth taking. Even if a neighbor did notice, it seems unlikely they would be so suspicious as to call the police over it. So the worst case scenario would have been that a neighbor saw a white car with no license plate parked in the neighborhood.

That could be, although I think she could've left the upside down plate on while at Travis' because she would've had to park elsewhere than the driveway. I believe she said she parked down the street when she came for booty calls so that no one would see her car in the driveway and expose their secret. I think she left the plate on, albeit upside down, because at a distance, a neighbor wouldn't necessarily notice that, unless they walked right up to the car, whereas even at a distance, they would notice a car with no plate at all.

Wilmott needs to stop. By her argument, because Jodi didn't answer Yes to EVERY question, that means she was not lying on the test. Seriously? Anyone with an ounce of common sense would figure that if you were going to fake your answers, you would not just go through and check Yes for every answer. That would make it highly suspicious wouldn't it?

Indeed. After someone first posted this test a couple days ago, I took it because I was curious. I posted at the time that my truthful results would probably look suspicious to an evaluator because 8 of the 11 "terrible things" had happened to me.
