No, but he had access to all the evidence and materials is what they are saying. So he would have had those interview tapes (copies) in order to aid his evaluation.

She is saying it isn't hearsay since it has already been allowed into court and played in front of the jury (multiple times).

I thought he testified yesterday that he was able to review the interrogation tapes in doing his evaluation, but I might be wrong.

I think this Ashley situation is just the Jodi groupies trying to make excuses. It is very sad she committed suicide, I'm not sure why they are trying to drag her name thru the mud now.
