The first thing I noticed with their shelving is that the shelves looked glued in, flush against the side walls of the unit. In the crime scene/closet pics you can see the holes drilled into the vertical pieces (to allow for adjusting the shelf height), and you can actually see the brass pins. They ARE "resting" shelves, and at a minimum, if a 200 lb man stepped on the edge as was demonstrated last night, the shelf would have flipped forward.
And had she scaled the shelves as she claims, it's impossible that not one single shoe or piece of clothing would have been shifted out of place, knocked down to the floor. It's also unbelievable that the dressing bench, found undisturbed in the center of the closet, would not have been bumped to the side, knocked over by Jodi (frantically running from Travis in mortal fear), or by a rage filled Travis, barreling through the door in hot pursuit.
And though I'm loathe to criticize other women on their looks/manner of dress, the analyst playing the role of Jodi looked ridiculous in that get up; her "tight as spandex" outfit with her boobs hanging out, chandeliers hanging from her ears, those black stiletto heels. And when she re-enacted how Jodi could have shot at such an angel to match the trajectory, she had had her hands holding the gun almost at the top of her head, pointing the barrel down. BS! Did they act the entire event, timing it? Did the jury give Jodi a pass? I didn't see the show last night, only the small clip posted here.
