And met w/ Doc Samuels in 2009 & Doc stated that early on when he 1st met her, he knew she was a "suicidal risk"
(when testifying about the Clinical manual for Management of PTSD referring to C7 Sense of Foreshortened Future)
Wouldn't it be his obligation to alert the jail where she was housed, immediately at that point?
Do we know of any such incident that the warden or anybody else for that matter was alerted?

He sent Stabby a GIFT, but instead of just fessing up, he is playing the Stabby game and trying to pretend it is something else. It shows the jury how much integrity he does or does not have. It also goes to his professionalism (or lack thereof). Both of those aspects are critical to the jury in assessing how much weight to give his testimony.

But Coconut, you just pointed out the exact problem!! He is not supposed to CARE, he is supposed to be an impartial witness. He can not CARE about her or his testimony has a bias. THAT is the problem.

What I'm driving at is the take home message in everything is how the jury views his testimony. This (minor, forgiveable, humane) mistake does not make his testimony less valid to the jury in my eyes. Martinez needs to focus on big picture items and take home points, not making this guy look nicer than he actually is.
