Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Martinez specifically question Jodi as to whether or not she had ever received any type of mental health help? And her response was no, she's never been offered any kind of treatment/help? Doesn't his regular visits count as some kind of treatment?

I don't know if he is legally allowed to treat her. He might just be there to evaluate her behavior and not offer any behavioral or pharmacological treatment. He gets to ask her questions, but isn't able to offer any suggestions or input.

There was also a juror question asking if she had ever gotten help for her mental problem and she essentially said "what mental problem?"

You would think, but if they are putting it all towards him being the expert for her defense, they are going to want him to spend a lot of time evaluating her to make it look legit. Not sure if that makes sense.
