Oh and if she was so battered.... Stay in California!!! She drove hours and hours to see him. If he was so terrible to her why did she go see him? A lot of battered women stay in a relationship even though they're being abused because they feel like they CAN'T leave. She didn't even live in the same state.
I think she keeps talking about the anal sex because she's trying to link it to him being a pedo which is pure nonsense too.
About the gas cans.... Seriously?? Who even does that.... NOBODY! How much money was she gonna save on 15 gallons of gas in gas cans... $3?

Yep. Like the baby's clothing was found years later in the Australian 'dingo took my baby" case.

Exactly. And then she did not even buy the gas in the state where it actually was cheaper. She bought it in CA where it was more expensive.

My brother committed suicide almost 15 years ago and I can tell u everything about that day down to what I was wearing. I can tell u about the drive to the hospital. Throwing up at the hospital as he lay there dying. For years I would wake up in the night with my clothes soaked with sweat because I was having nightmares. I couldn't talk about it without bursting into tears. I couldn't be around anything that reminded me of the situation and even to this day even hearing the word suicide hits me. And I'll tell u there's no way in hell anyone was driving me past the crime scene the day of the memorial to "check it out".

I wish that I had Jodi's type of PTSD and wasn't haunted with memories. I couldn't live with myself if I were her and I can't believe how composed she is on the stand. I do like the fake crying with no tears every now and then... It's a great touch.
My empathies are with you, and I agree. My husband died by suicide and I still can fall to pieces at simple reminders. The little hanging icon, here, makes my skin crawl if I stop and look at it. I never use it, and just pass over it quickly when someone else does. I have always said that if they came out with a way to wipe out traumatic memory, I would do it in a heartbeat. If only it was as easy as Jodi claims it to be.

No one knows what kind of knife was used. No murder weapon was found, and the ME testified there was no way to tell from the autopsy. So it is really a moot point.

Oh, Kdon. I'm so, so very sorry for your unspeakable loss. And you are so right to feel outraged, her claiming PTSD. She insults, hurts, everyone who knows the true anguish of PTSD, those who have lived through events so traumatic, they change your thinking, your life, forever.

I know how you feel, truly, as I too lost my brother to suicide 6 years ago. He killed himself 6 days after my father died, the day before the funeral. (My father had passed in FL, his body was creamated and then flown up north for the services, so the memorial was delayed.)

Every day of my life since that horrifying night (I was home alone, my husband in FL to deal with my father's cremation) I relive and relive and relive again, every excruciating detail of that night, the minute I got the call, the unemotional voice at the other end (his roommate) simply saying, "I have some bad news. Your brother is dead." I went numb, dropped the phone, and went upstairs, sat in the bottom of the shower with my clothes on, the water pouring over me and screamed and cried and threw up. And like Travis', his body was not found for days after he had killed himself so the thought, the image of that has added more to the nightmare . Losing one then another, days apart, the only immediate blood family I had left, was almost more than my mind was able to comprehend. Like you I PRAY for the fog, but I know it will never come.

Again, I am so very sorry for your loss, Kdon. Let us hope and pray that the jury will not be so blind as to be unable to see past her lies. I have a feeling that at least one person on the jury has either personally battled PTSD, or is close to someone who has/is, and won't buy her act.

Have you guys discussed this already?? Have I missed it? Tis possible cos I haven't been on since last night. THIS IS MORE NEW FOOTAGE FROM FOX

OF INTERROGATION TAPE (IN ADDITION TO THE RELEASE ON FRIDAY 15TH MARCH) where Jodi asks Detective Flores if she can put her make-up on

before mugshot. Plus she sings more of the Dido song.

I posted 2 plus hours ago! Can someone just say if y'all talked about it, or is it "knifes, knifes, knifes", already!

Tomorrow will be the issues they were going to take up on Friday, should be quite boring, and if as planned, no jury will be in the room. I wonder how long it might take, and is that all it will be.

I wonder how the show After Dark will be, they've recreated the bathroom and closet for the T.V. jurors to see. Here on the east coast, it will be at 10 P.M.

I never could understand that. I have seen so many little kids at school that are so drugged up because they have been "diagnosed" as bi-polar, etc. I can't understand how a dr. can do that with all of the proof out there that the brain is not fully formed til the age of 21.

Except for that little mistake of filling up all THREE gas cans in Salt Lake City. That could very well be her fatal mistake.

I was kinda wondering if the amount of decomp and slippage would alter them being able to accurately gauge the size of the blade.

True. And I hope that turns out to be the nail in her coffin.

(I meant that after her lengthy explanation about wanting gas cans to save money because she is so frugal, she bought CA gas before driving into AZ where it was 30 cents per gallon cheaper.)

Well Thank You Sneakers! Here is my ultimate question re: Crazy, Hodi, IT, Stabby etc. And, the ultimate cause of interest in such cases, for me myself I.

HOW CAN A HUMAN BEING BE SO DEVOID OF COMPASSION? IF THEY DON'T FEEL COMPASSION, IS IT THIS THAT ALLOWS THEM TO COMMIT SUCH ABHORRENT

ACTS? I guess I'm grateful that I can't get my head around it, but it does keep me questioning???

    Indeed.

I know a sociopath who committed a terrible violent crime. Years later, when it was mentioned (it usually never was), the sociopath had just put it out of their mind. Totally. And not in an "I was in a fog" way, or an "I was traumatized" way. They just put it out of their mind because it did not matter to them, at ALL. It was completely unimportant. (No conscience)

When it was mentioned, the sociopath instantly remembered (Oh yeah, that's right, I had forgotten all about that!). It did not stay anywhere in their mind during those years because they had no conscience at all.

So Stabby was able to do this because it doesn't (and won't ever) haunt her... what she did to Travis. She is annoyed at being caught, but she does not feel any guilt or remorse. People who feel no guilt or remorse have few limits on what they are willing to do to get what they want.
