I agree with this. He had already loaded up her car apparently, and I bet he thought she was on her merry way when BAM! "Suprise Travis I'm still here!" and the following Jodi thought process occurred, "What you doing?? Washing my sex off you?? HOW DARE YOU! What's this? The sheets are already in the wash?? You just couldn't wait to get rid of me and cleaned up, could you?! And you're not taking me to Cancun?? And you're finished with me??? YOU MUST DIE"

I remember in one of Jodi's interviews she said she loves watching crime documentaries and that she knows when the suspect is being interrogated that they are being watched and videotaped and that they still watch them when the detective leaves. This is why I know for sure that she had that all planned out of what she did in that video, for sure, no doubt plus I can just tell by the the tone in her voice, laughable fake. Just goes to show how smart and calculated she is to a T which to me, is even more sickening.

There was an objection by Martinez about Jodi being in jail (reference to the size of Travis's closet to the size of her cell)and the jury wasn't supposed to know she's been there for 4 years because he thought it would sway sympathy towards her with the jury,but yesterday the Dr. said he's been seeing her and that she can't get a good night's sleep in jail. Is the jury under the impression she's out on bail?

She was banned from the Hughes's house.Hughes was goin on the trip to Cancun with Travis .He couldn't take Jodi even if he wanted to.His bossman Hughes would of flipped out

Yes, this ties in with the email she sent to him - the long one lamenting his failure to defend their friendship (Hughes, no doubt was foremost in her mind and anger). I suspect she loaded her car up for a journey to commit more murders before she was arrested. Mr and Mrs Hughes and Mimi Hall may very well have been on her hit list. Same tools - gun and knife in car. Cancun was the final straw.

I suspect the objection was based on her playing the pity card - poor old murderer, having to live in a jail smaller than a closet. I doubt they think she is out on bail - before being selected as jurors, they would have known this.

Also, why are they having a guest talking about how it must've gone through a wash cycle because there's not food on the utensils? I don't know about anyone else, but I don't throw my dishes in the dishwasher caked with food. I soak dishes in the sink and always spray off silver before it goes in.

I thought EXACTLY the same. My dishwasher is very clean inside. I remove debris too. Travis looked neat so it should be no surpirse the dishwasher was clean inside too. HLN raise some weird questions at some strange times.

I don't know - I don't do that in the shower but Hubby does. We've got a shower head with a massager on it that he LOVES. Me - I can't use it.

Evidentiary (?) hearing scheduled for today has been postponed until Monday by the judge on account of a personal issue affecting one of the attorneys. HLN doesn't say which one.

I did not know they found a knife in the car also when she was arrested...I knew about the 9mm gun....and I just got chills cuz I never thought about the possibility of her going to kill Chris and Skye Hughes and not really going on this camping/gold panning trip..but it does so make sense...for her

I don't think it's IMPOSSIBLE that she snuck into the house while he was showering, but I think the more likely scenario is that she convinced him to do the shower pics because he had slimmed down like she said, but in her mind she knew that it would be much easier to catch him off guard while he was in there. She took a few pictures and then got stabby while he was on the floor of the shower (which I'm sure was her idea).

She was taking pics on his camera, so that may account for the snaps of him in the bedroom. I agree with those speculating that the shower pics looked unnatural, like he is being threatened or argued with. The tension in his body and face is obvious. Many here agree that the final pic in the shower looks haunted, pleading - like he is recognising something is very wrong.

Enrique in his interview with Flores told him that he had spoken to Travis that morning and that he had slept 45 minutes the night before(Wednesday).Jodi had arrived at 3-4 am .He tried to have sex with her (her story) and they went to bed .By Tavis's account if he told Enrique he only got 45 minutes of sleep he must have tucked her in and went downstairs or somewhere after 5am ish .He must have went upstairs and caught some shut-eye till 12:30-1:00 ish (her story).He wakes up and have sex/pics ky mania till he hops in the shower.He's beat tired,he is enjoying his shower.The second picture he's gotta know she's there ,she like 3 feet away!Even in his periferial vision he would have seen her.

If she pulled the knife or gun on him and then took the last picture of his face, I find it odd that he would just stand still for it and not make a move to grab the weapon or something. I agree that he looks upset in the picture though.

Im curious as to what his friends think of the last picture? What type of emotion do they see? the people who knew him best.

With the naked photos, it's very possible he was just relaxing after sex at first. Notice it's taken from the side, rather than straight on or from the front. That doesn't mean he definitely didn't know or consent, but it makes it a possibility.

I really think he could've been asleep or at least unaware, in this picture. His eyes appear to be closed.

Of course there is another pic with his eyes open, making a hand signal and he probably was aware at that point. But, if that pic I posted above was the first and his eyes are closed, it could be that she chose to take pics without his knowledge or consent, and then he did consent to the other.

I remember reading somewhere recently that, I think it was Jodi's brother, said Jodi created the phone sex tape to use to scare off future girlfriends of Travis. Who is to say that she didn't do the same with the photos?
