She was so frugal she borrowed the cans, thinking she would never be a suspect. I don't think she 'staged' the burlary. I think she thought the .25 would not be missed from the grandfather's camper. I think she fabricated the losses after the fact to make it seem like a burglary. I don't think there was any sign of breaking and entering. My husband pointed out to me that a .25 is a rather unusual caliber. So that is another coincidence, that Travis would have that caliber on his shelf for protection.

IMO he did not agree to see her. she snuck in as she said, undetected for a minute or so. if the ky were not on the bed i would doubt they had sex. maybe Travis wanted those sex photos as collateral for the sex tape she made him aware of before he called her a sociopath in the text. As stated here before, I think her plan to kill began when she left Mesa.
I don't remember when her plan to visit Ryan began, but that would be when she was ready to implement the murder plan.

We are still sort of thinking the same. The defense wants him to describe reactive vs instrumental. This was what the judge really didn't want entered in the first place, that's what JM was fighting to keep out because the psychologist can sway the jury with his wording.

I think she is SO cold that she actually thought "Why waste money on gas cans I am only going to use one time? After I kill Travis, I will never need them again!" I also think she only bought the third can when she did the math and realized that two cans would not be enough to get her in and out of AZ without having to stop for gas.

She was banned from the Hughes's house.Hughes was goin on the trip to Cancun with Travis .He couldn't take Jodi even if he wanted to.His bossman Hughes would of flipped out

I don't think he knew she was coming, either. I do believe she probably called or texted him (?) or just showed up, at his door....only when she was in his driveway was he aware she was visiting. That would explain why he wasn't exactly on his guard, and probably just thought it was a convenient booty call. That, sadly, wasn't her "mission", as we now know.

Part of her fog and "disassociation", the poor traumatized girl. In her mind, she was probably imagining she was there to audition for one of Jane Fonda's latest yoga fitness tapes! That would explain why she is practicing her flexibility, thinking about her makeup, practicing her best smiles! Oh, and checking the trash can to see if there were any other candidate interviews before hers! Always know your competition!!
According to the timeline and phone records there were a BUNCH of calls between Travis and Jodi (both ways) between June 2nd and June 4th during her road trip. There were also apparently some text messages. I'm guessing if the texts had no indication of a visit, Juan would have been all over it. IMO
Just had to add this and I know it's been said before, but I really don't think Travis invited her over that day - unless I'm missing some text or emails or phone calls.
I think she surprised him in the shower. Plain and simple. There's one photo (can't find it right now) where he's look at the camera all surprised like, then near the end he looks defeated.
Jodi SHOULD have been able to take better photos of him in the shower than she did, but she didn't. I think she snuck in and took those ones while he was in the shower, then he finally realized she was there.
