I just found out how to read my smites and received one for telling someone to use that, fyi anonymous smiter- it was for a poster who was incoherently babbling, NOT a opinion I differed with. ty for the benefit of the doubt.

Btw, I heard an interesting point earlier, we have all spent more time listening to Jodi than this "expert" has since he admitted to having seen her 12 times in 4 years. Would they have been more than an hour to hour and a half visits? And how much was therapy and how much was strategy?
Dr.Drew's jurors' say that the jury was pretty checked out during most of this testimony, I don't think it is going to have much effect one way or the other, the dueling experts usually cancel each other out.

There was an old post on here from some of Jodi's direct examination testimony when JM did a voir dire about gas cans. JA was explaining about returning to see OG between trips buying gasoline. She said something about returning a remote control to OG. Earlier, during the cross examination of OG, JM said something about MM going to visit OG.
    What I think is this:
JA gave the stolen DVD player to MM (OG wouldn't want it, but MM probably would) but forgot to give him the remote that goes with it. She gave the remote to OG for him to later give to MM. That connection would prove JA is the one who staged the burglary, and eliminates any doubts where Jodi got the murder weapon.

    I still believe.....

They're coming to take me away, ha-haaa,
    They're coming to take me away, ho-ho, hee-hee, ha-haaa.
To the happy home. With trees and flowers and chirping birds and basket
weavers who sit and smile and twiddle their thumbs and toes and they're
coming to take me away, ha-haaa!!!

To the funny farm, where life is beautiful all the time... (fade out)

    Hey, buddy!
    Yes officer..
    You a head?
No, but I'm catching up, ha ha ha....

So is she off to the Psych hospital now then?

If stabby was in a fog due to the nurmicampus, oops I meant hippocampus, being shut down per her expert, how can there be "invasive memories"? There were no memories created to recall. This criteria for the PTSD test would be a negative.

    Probably not. She's obviously malingering.

Where did Donovan Bering go, and is Matt McCartney still alive and in good health?

I wish the "nurmicampus" would be shut down... it's quite possibly what caused MY fog during parts of this trial, that's for sure.

My glaring question to the Defense Psychologist is this: You stated you read all of Jodi 's journals from junior high school onwards and saw no violent thoughts. What about the pages she tore out?

That is totally HILARIOUS! Stabby needs a couple cases of it. Or maybe just an IV drip so she gets a continuous supply.

    Welcome, Shawna!

    Good morning, DS peeps!

This is not funny or clever.....nothing to DIE laughing about. This is a bloody murder trial about a woman who butchered another man like an animal in a slaughterhouse . No time or need for jokes .

I respectfully disagree. Many of us here at MDS implore a little levity into the seriousness of this case. I don't think Shawna was meaning to take away from that. :)

I don't think she was trying to take away from anything. But it is quite easy for people to make jokes or find popular references ON PRODUCTS when we are observers and not directly involved. Frankly, I don't like it. I think Arias is a sociopathic monster guilty of 1st degree murder. This is not funny nor should it be made to be so.

    I agree with Justice11.

If a little levity bothers someone, this is probably not a forum where they will be comfortable.

Hon, sometimes humor is the ONLY way to handle the unimaginable. I have been widowed twice - the first time when the love of my life, a police detective, was murdered. Had I not allowed myself accept the irony in life's worst tragedies, they'd have consumed me. Finding black humor in horror is not the same as making light of it.

I don't mind a "little levity " at all. However there are limits. I think your hairstyle speaks volumes

I think you're reacting through a lot of pain. I wonder what it is.

LOL.... you made tea squirt out my nose from laughing

So levity is too much for you, but fashion commentary is not?? Interesting.

(And to enlighten you, the pic is of Elsa Lancaster who starred in the film The Bride of Frankenstein, it is not a pic of me. But how interesting that the moment someone has an opinion different than yours, you attack them personally with comments about what you believe is their personal appearance.)

You are correct . The PAIN being that Travis Alexander was butchered by a woman who lies through her tears. Do you not comprehend this simple atrocity ?

No my dear, I am a film history major and a documentary filmmaker . I have seen the Bride of Frankenstein and Young Frankenstein more times than u could possibly count on your 2 hands or hairs. My previous comment was a joke...a bit of "levity" if u will? Sorry if it was above your head ? Peace . VP.
