Well, now, can't the "expert" get in trouble for his actions? He basically lied to the prosecution as to what he was going to talk about on the stand, didn't he? He's talking about something different, and kept it undisclosed until the last minute.
I think it's a moot point because you'd have to be in Jodi's fan club to buy the PTSD bs or "the fog" that comes and goes when it's convenient for Jodi, but still, Martinez is right, the defense would be having a cow if he did the same.
I know everyone wants to see court today, but I kinda hope that Judge adjourns and gives the prosecution the weekend to actually be able to study the new defense evidence.
