I think Stabby planned the shower part in advance, and that she would lure Travis into doing a "photo shoot" to get him in a vulnerable position. Stabby was well aware how difficult it would be to get up from a sitting position in that tiny shower, and thought (quite rightly) that stabbing or shooting him there, where it would be hard for him to respond quickly, would give her an advantage.

It's in the court mins somewhere that the def asked at a hearing for TAs journals and the court Order Sky to turn them over.

The white to the left is the bath tub. The mat was normally in front of the shower, so it just slip a few feet over towards the tub/toilet.

I think Dave Hall's video would be damning to the defense. Especially since there's obviously one or two gun enthusiasts on the jury. My family is from Montana where everyone owns guns. You don't go from shooting an AR15 in the video to buying a sh*tty little 25 caliber. I'd be surprised if they brought in Dave Hall's video now.

I was watching day 2 of the trial yesterday. The girl who took the photos was explaining them as they were admitted. She said they took care to get the photos exactly as things were when they first got there.
So, the bathmat in front of the tub is another of Jodi's fogs, I guess.

IMO everyone reacts differently to trauma. I am very sorry for everyone that has had to deal with something awful in their lives, but just because you experience it one way doesnt mean everyone else is going to experience it the same way. Without going into details, I have been through a very traumatic event. I was affected so badly that I was unable to talk to people, I couldnt leave my house for the last 5 years. I would break down and have a panic attack if someone so much as rang my doorbell. I would run and hide in the bathroom until I felt safe enough to come out. All I remember about the event that brought me to that was that my daughter was in danger. And one sentance she spoke to me. I dont remember confronting the guy, I dont remember confronting his family. I dont even remember going to the police, but it is all there in black and white. So I know I did. My point is you can not say just because your reacted a certain way that you know how everyone else is going to act.

Just adding this to the bottom cause I dont want nasty PMs or to be accused of believing JA's BS. She is full of shit and her "fog" is only a way to avoid testifying about the brutal murder. She has made that obvious in her answers, she only forgets stuff that suits her to be forgotten.
