Murder 1 is premeditated right? murder 2 is spur of the moment murder? Can you get the DP if it is not premeditated?

What I meant was if they had no other evidence, the autopsy photos alone still prove Murder 2. That cannot ever be explained as self defense.

Add all the other evidence against her and you have Murder 1, premeditated murder and she should get the DP.
