There's an interview on YouTube where Mr. Martinez describes how Wendi Andriano behaved while in the witness box. He said something like, "she danced all over the place." I wish I knew the link. It shouldn't be hard to find. Mr. Martinez description sorta' reminded me of the behavior of Jodi Arias.

I saw that. It's frightening. It gives some credibility to that dated concept that evil does exist among us that has been supressed by modern day psychiatry. I sorta referenced that in an recent very long post. Try to find the movie, "The Bad Seed" with Patty McCormack(?) and Miriam Hopkins. It must be about 40+ years ago and was made at the time when the 'rational science' of psychiatry was offering explanations of aberrant behavior in opposition to 'irrational' philosophical/religious concepts of 'good vs. evil.' The old "Nature or Nurture" argument. You have good thoughts. I'm not invested in either side of the argument. I know it's ongoing and we're seeing an example of it in this Trial. Did something/somebody make Jodi Arias a killer, or is it there some evil ingredient she carries within her that most of the rest of us lack. There a few mental health professionals on this board who could help advance the debate.

Look below a persons post. If you only want to reply to one post-click the "Reply with Quote"
If you want to read many pages and reply to all the post you want at one time-click the "quote button with the + sign" (the dark red circle in my snip picture)
When you click it, it should put a check mark there. When you get ready-click "Reply to Thread" at the bottom of of page on the right hand side (Do not click "post quick reply")
This is after I check the + to do a multi quote
If you want to leave somebody good reps or negative reps- click the star under their name in the corner (circled red). It helps if you sign your name to it. There is also a triangle to report somebody to the admin of the site. If you want to see your reps and comments- You click "Subscribed Threads" the very top of the page in the menu list.
For mobile users-some people can not quote. If you can, you should be able to scroll all the way down the page and see something that says "view full site" and you would click that.
You can probably also go to the technical/welcome newbie's part of the board and test these features out.

I did one a while ago on the 'end of the world/Bobby Juarez' episode and I'm afraid I've exhausted any dubious talent I might have for that kind of stuff.

I've never seen trial on a Friday for this case. Trial days aren't the only 'work' days for the lawyers. Typically their days turn into 18 hr days and they are working out of court harder than before trial.
This notice was for LAST Friday when there was no court. Obviously Mr Martinez was still working. Arizona, their court calendars are packed. Don't expect a boatshow failure like you saw in Florida though. Judge Stephens is clearly not playing to cameras like the sham that played in Florida. IMO
