Yes, Napoleon is alive and well. Old and nearly blind, but alive and well and lives a very comfortable life by the pictures I've seen.

Um, I can't say I have a BFF girlfriend. I am semi close to my sister and I have girlfriends that I am semi close to. I don't trust people very easy and I have a huge wall up. The only person who I am really close with is my husband and even that took YEARS. I'm very friendly and have a lot of acquaintances but I tend to not get close to people. Not sure if that is a red flag and automatically makes me unstable.

If you are unstable, then so am I! I have one friend from high school. That is pretty much it. Everyone else is acquaintances. HUGE wall up and I too do not trust anyone. On that subject, I just cannot understand Jodi's fan club. What on earth compels a person to hope and wish, maybe even pray for, a cold-blooded murderer to go free? I just can't wrap my mind around it. And yet, I know, women proposed to Scott Peterson and the Menendez brothers.

I just cannot imagine how a person, much less a group of people, can dismiss the brutal taking of another person's life. It's incomprehensible to me.

I don't understand it either. What she did was so far beyond comprehension, that I can't imagine anyone trying to condone, much less support her. If anyone can look at those pictures of Travis's dead body and say to themselves..she had a good reason to do that, and she should be out of jail right now, then I question their mental health as much as hers.

I agree.....they can't focus on the actual killing, because Jodi is claiming "amnesia" to the majority of events of that day. And of course she is, because she knows that testifying about how she actually sliced and diced him will not bode well for her. But I believe the crime scene, coroner autopsy photos and ME testimony speak pretty loudly on their own.

In the photo with his face - the water is running down the glass door. SO, it cannot be the same photo. I think she waited until he got to his knees to crawl out here before she started the stabbing.

I think this conversation is CRITICAL! Jodi did something SPECIFIC that pushed Travis to say that's it, he's done with her for good. I am willing to bet that the day these texts were sent was the day she decided to follow through with thoughts she had already had about killing him. And Facebook messages were involved, sent by Travis to Jodi about whatever had happened to make him say she was a sociopath and the worst thing that had ever happened to him. That's the key right there. The Facebook messages. I wonder why JM hasn't been able to get his hands on them!?!?

I think she tried to blackmail him with sex pics, videos, or taped conversations that she threatened to send to his bishop and friends in the church, or at PPL. It would have hurt him to the core to know she would tempt him, seduce him, and then use it as a weapon to betray him to the people who actually mattered to him. She has always used sex as a weapon IMHO.

so the dog was "rescued" before Travis was discovered?

There is a double point to be made here. The first one is that Jodi Arias might need a full tank of gas, (purchased at Desert Center) in her car and an additional 10 plus gallons to cover the distance from Desert Centre to Travis Alexander's house in Mesa, AZ and back to a place outside of Arizona where claims to have been (or where she recognized she was lost). This could not have been anywhere in Arizona. It had to be Nevada or Utah. Her plan was to get in and out without leaving any possible trail. She had only $10-$20 cash so she couldn't even make a cash purchase in Arizona that was sufficient and she couldn't risk being caught on gas station cameras.

The second point to be made, is if is proved that she needed and filled up gas cans to hold quantities in excess of 10 gallons and less than 15, then she must be lying about having purchased and immediately returned ''for cash'' a third gas can from WalMart in Salinas. When a witness is caught in that kind of a lie, the Jury instructions will be told that they can use it as a basis to disbelieve story. If that happens, Jodi has no defense and she's done like toast.

What a sweet boy Napolean is...he must miss Travis dearly even though he is being well taken care of by Deanna. He must have been so confused not knowing why Travis "left" him. God bless Travis's family including dear Napolean.
