Cindy Anthony was proactive and aggressive in Casey Anthony's defense where I find Sandra Arias very passive. I have seen her described as "dim" by people who have had contact with her at the court house. Dim would certainly describe someone who tries to sell to the National Enquirer letters that were thrown of court for being forgeries
I have no doubt that the code on that receipt is for Neutrogena Ultrasheer Dry Touch Sunscreen SPF 85. Now, I believe what the poster said earlier about codes sometimes being wonky. But I can say from personal experience that I have NEVER bought anything from Walmart that shows up on the receipt as a totally different brand, different product (and since I moved into my current home seven years ago, I shop at Walmart a good bit because it's closest). Either way, I'm confident that if JM already knows for a fact that the gas can wasn't returned, he's already talked to Walmart and knows what the "NEU" really is. We'll know soon enough I suppose.
And on the subject of things "making sense" ... and this goes for ALL of our speculations about Jodi's shenanigans ... We're all constantly trying to make sense of what she does. I've decided it can't be done by rational human beings. For instance, it doesn't make sense to us that Jodi was buying two bottles of sunscreen when she was short on funds, but we're not Jodi (thank the LORD). Maybe she was getting it for the camping trip and decided to snap it up because there was some kind of bonus amount in the bottle. (I looked at the Neutrogena sunscreen last night at Walmart, and it's $10 for a tiny bottle ... just a few ounces. So maybe her inner bargain-hunter couldn't resist, lol.) Anyway, nothing she does makes sense.

I believe JA is rolling Travis to the right onto the sheet or duvet cover with buttons (found in one of the laundry loads), you can see the edge of it on right by her toes and the angle of his shoulder, head and blood lines down the back of his neck are all tilted slightly to the right, likely why his arm is at an odd position also. Could be when she left the bloody palm print on the opposite wall (leverage to roll him over). That 'little footprint' is a pool of blood (see the smear to its north?), where it looks like light between the toes is the camera flash coming across the top center of it (see the direction of light on the tile)?
I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed the change in JA's demeanor when the Cancun trip was brought up. Oh, she knew, and she was pissed.
Can I get a clarification please re: the pic of JA's bloody finger. She said she cut it on a glass in Casa Ramos. Where did this pic come from, where and when was it taken (if you know). Is this the cut from the knife she used to butcher TA?
Yeah! It was funny. I used to take a bunch of instructors from the California School for the Deaf in Berkeley, (they were deaf), across the Bay to see the Beatniks at the Bagel Shop. The instructors used to get really pissed off 'cause we couldn't sign what was being said fast enough and it was sort of generally accepted at the time that deaf people were a bit paranoid and if they couldn't fathom what was going on around them, they thought everybody was talking about them. One of them was Bernard Bragg who went on to lead the National Theater of the Deaf (?) in Washington. He always wanted to direct us in a movie and we used to really piss him off, (joking) by saying, 'but Bernard, you can't hear." He used to go ballistic on us.That was at the end of the fifties. Yes to that, but it also shows premeditation in that she was able to fill the cans in Cali, so she would not purchase gas in Az. She didn't want any receipts in AZ, because her lie has her in another state.

Yes, I think that is it. To prove to the jury that she is lying NOW, during the trial. So that they do not buy her "I was lying before, but now I am telling the absolute truth" BS. And to show that even when she is providing lots of details and acting super sincere, she can still be lying through her teeth.
We've talked about the $6,000 she owed Travis as being a powerful motivator to keep letting her back into his life and also how she used it as a key to his front door, so to speak. I think Travis genuinely felt some pity for her and a tinge of guilt that he was a part of the landscape where she acted out and he'd let/led her into it. The sex and his own naivete temporarily banished those things from his mind, but reality always came back. Travis had a healthy dose of bluster but he comes across as a very caring and concerned individual.
