This is the photo that appears on Arias's camera directly after the famous Travis (looking stressed) Head shot.From what i have read, the dark pool under his buttocks has been described as a drain. It is clear to me that this is a blood pool. She has stabbed him already. She either, accidentally presses the CLICK button on the camera or the camera hits the ground and takes the pic. Remember Arias is Left-handed. Camera is in her right-hand. The angle of the picture looks like someone took it or dropped it via their right hand. Thoughts.
I'm hoping one of the Jurors will ask about the cost per day of a rental car versus her personal car (with GPS) Even factoring "wear and tear" it is ludicrous to contend that renting a car for "cost savings" is a valid assertion. I know people rent family vans or SUV's for vacations for the passenger capacity but have never heard anyone say "I'm renting a car to save money" Is there a "grand total" on the Budget receipt, was she charged for mileage?

As for the unintended pictures, the camera was on when this started ..... and the shutter button protruded quite high which would allow easy accidental depression on a drop/kick/etc.The police technician who recovered the deleted photos also explained that if the camera was on the ground, upside down, the slightest jostle or pressure could have triggered the shutter and caused the camera to take a picture. In fact, he said that's what he think happened for at least some of them. The camera strap, unused and still wrapped, was found inside the bag in the entertainment loft just outside Travis's bedroom. (My speculation: If the camera had been placed back in the bag after the sex/photo session, Jodi Arias could have easily retrieved it to use in the ''Calvin Kline'' camera/buff body/shower game when she snuck back into the house after Travis thought she had left. She did say that Travis was reluctant to have nude shower pictures taken and needed some persuasion. What's wrong with speculating that Jodi snuck back in, walked into the bathroom with the camera, and started to persuade and snap away. Remember as well, this was Travis's camera. He might have allowed any or all of the pictures to be taken that day knowing full well that they would be his sole possession and he could delete them after Jodi Arias finally left. He never got the chance.

One thing you see over and over again on these "Crime TV" shows is how slippery a knife gets during an attack resulting in the attackers hand slipping down onto the blade when the knife hits something hard like bone. Jodi watched her some "Crime TV" and a lot of movies. I think she knew to use a knife that had a bolster/guard:

I'm sure this has been covered but, if Travis wasn't discovered for 5 days what happened to his Dog Napoleon during that time?
I would bet money she also stole what ever cash he had in his wallet, or desk.There is a double point to be made here. The first one is that Jodi Arias might need a full tank of gas, (purchased at Desert Center) in her car and an additional 10 plus gallons to cover the distance from Desert Centre to Travis Alexander's house in Mesa, AZ and back to a place outside of Arizona where claims to have been (or where she recognized she was lost). This could not have been anywhere in Arizona. It had to be Nevada or Utah. Her plan was to get in and out without leaving any possible trail. She had only $10-$20 cash so she couldn't even make a cash purchase in Arizona that was sufficient and she couldn't risk being caught on gas station cameras.
The second point to be made, is if is proved that she needed and filled up gas cans to hold quantities in excess of 10 gallons and less than 15, then she must be lying about having purchased and immediately returned ''for cash'' a third gas can from WalMart in Salinas. When a witness is caught in that kind of a lie, the Jury instructions will be told that they can use it as a basis to disbelieve story. If that happens, Jodi has no defense and she's done like toast.

That question and the timing of the question about the filling up of three gas cans in Salt Lake City was elegant and inspired. It demonstrated the Art of Lawyering in it's highest form. It certainly had the desired effect. It revealed how the laser-beam purity of one simple truth can penetrate a murky swamp of lies. It gave all of us a euphoric rush and had the desired effect on the lying, soul-destroying skank in the witness box.

I think she was literally ORDERING him where to "pose" ...standing, sitting etc... at gun point. Why couldn't a much larger Man overpower her and prevent the attack? he's got a gun pointing at him.
The dog was downstairs. The lying murderess put the doggie gate up so he couldn't get upstairs.

During those days, Napoleon wasn't allowed upstairs because Jodi put up a gate on the stairs. I'm not sure how he was fed, but there was a doggy door to get outside. After the discovery of his body, Napoleon went to Deanna Reid.
I'm sure the dog was fed by someone in that house. The dog is fine and living with Deanna.

Enrique's (one of TA's room mates) g/f fed him/watered him during the time between TA was murdered and he was found. I actually just read today that Deanna Reed l(TA's former g/f) has Napoleon.
