I think she had a professional doing the blonde because going brown or red to blonde usually takes 2 processes. (trust me on this...lol). And going the other way, even though it would look kind of 'flat', with regards to tone, you can go from blonde to brown with boxed dye. Been there, done that, too.

Yeah, to go from blonde to dark, particularly JA's super-bleached hair, one really MUST use a filler before coloring it. If JA did in fact use drug store hair color on that bleached hair with no fillet, I'd bet most of it came out on the first wash.

When I was a teenager, a friend of mine asked me to bleach her dark hair. It turned out orange, and even though the box said to wait 48 hours (or maybe 24) to bleach again, she insisted we do it again right away. Her hair melted. It was like goo. We ended up shaving her head. But we were little punkers, so it was ok :D

i don't think that a witness can "take the fifth" unless he gors up there and lies and martinez proves he is perjurying hmself - then he can - if you subpeona a witness they have to show up and testify or the will be n contempt of court, only the accused can refuse to tesitfy - even gus had to - it was just under seal

Your story really touched me and I'm glad you shared it. I am a product of a domestic violence household myself; however, I am a child of DV, as well as a step child who was abused by the same guy -- step dad. It still hurts me today to the point where I can't watch certain movies, (i.e., Sleeping with the Enemy; The Burning Bed; and What's Love Got to Do With It) because of the horrible emotional response it brings out in me (crying, shaking). Jodi talks about how she shakes like a chihuahua, but I've never seen her do it. In fact, I believe she's stolen this term from those of us who actually have suffered abuse. I know I wouldn't have been able to withstand JM's cross myself because of my past wounds. When she got snarky on the stand, it proved to me that she was a liar. I sure am happy to be out of the horrible situation I grew up in, but because it lasted my whole childhood, it has really affected each one of my own adult relationships. I am somewhat distant and not easily trusting of men; therefore I've never truly been "in love." I've been in therapy for years and still cry and get emotional in confrontational type situations. Jodi really sickens me.

Oh geez, girl...I am SO sorry to hear that. Hugs to you. When you say JA stole stuff from those of us that are really abused, you got that right! I find myself listening to her talk about being abused and think wow, I can totally relate, but all while knowing her stories are all fabricated and its just so frustrating! She definitely did her research. Damn that girl!
