Question- What are the subpoena rules that Travis' friend D.H. is under right now per the defense? Is posting and commenting on Jodi Arias stuff on FB a problem? He's making me nervous! We've told him to STOP, but he won't. He just posted a pic and commented on something today... I'd post the picture of it on here, but I can't figure out how to post from my desktop.
I'm getting worried that this might cause a mistrial if he keeps this up. Hell, he might have already given them enough to declare one! Am I freaking out for no reason? UGH!!!!!!

He can't talk to media or watch trial. Other than that I think he's ok.

Ok, I'm asking this only because I'm confused and maybe you guys can set me straight. I get why she'd fill up in CA on the way to AZ and not fill up again until UT (no record of her being there, etc) but then after that, why fill the cans back up after leaving AZ? She would be expected to fill up on the way back and probably would want to document it, so I'm a little confused about why she would bother at that leg?

Also, is she just that dumb to go through all that thought and trouble to avoid a record of her trip by avoiding gassing up and didn't think about the fact that the car rental place would track her mileage and that may be enough to convince some folks that that in concert with the "lost time" during the trip would be ample enough for someone to be convinced that she had the time and opportunity to commit the crime and all that?

Obviously, the receipts in AZ would catch her dead to rights, but clearly, as we've all already known, she didn't think this through quite as much as she thought she did.

I know, this post in confusing. I just took some benadryl and am a bit out of it. haha

dear diary,

well normally i write me own, but today i was just soo exhausted from trying to keep my um broken finger bent, my hand just hurts - so my ever dependable cell mate is writing for me tonight - she says i owe her, but i'm sure she just joshin me, every one here are such kidders! they know i have already got them wrapped around my crooked finger

well today was just the best day ever in court! the jury spent the whole day asking questions about me!!! and thats my favorite subject in the entire world, because every thing does need to be about ME ME ME!!! a couple of times that stupid fartinez and that mean judge tried to get me to stop talking about ME ME ME, but i set them straight! they are just such party poopers some times, hope they realize that might not be a good idea to cross me, if you know what i mean

and oh the questions were just sooo good! i can see the believe every thing i say, and they like me sooo much that they wanted to here all my um stories again! they are just the smartest jury ever and i am the luckiest girl in my world now - yeah me!!!! they even stopped the court cuz even the deaf jury just had to hear all about me!!! i might have to look him up after the trial - if you know what i mean - tee hee!

i didn't bother looking at nurmi today for my special talking signs, cuz i just knew that he could see how great i was doing all on my own, i bet he is just brimming with pride and will just spend all day tomorrow edifying me!! but i do need to check my word of the day calendar for tomorrow so i can impress the jury more with my vast vocabulary like i am stupendous, empyrean or prodigious, i can just tell how smart they think i am and i always aim to please - whether its with words or cream pies

well i know i better get some rest because the more questions i answered, the more questions they were putting in my question basket - i just know how much they just love me talking about ME ME ME and i don't want to let them down, after all this must just be the highlight of their lives cuz they get to bask in my awesomeness even more now!

Oh my God, I am cracking up over here!! I guess I wasn't the only one who felt a little tingly when watching our Juan stand STRONG for our boy, Travis!! It brought tears to my eyes because he did it with true compassion in his soul in trying to bring home a guilty verdict for his family. This is why I have followed these trials and detective stories since I was a kid. These guys are my heroes!!

However, looking through a view finder on a camera of something over 5 feet (or more) away, she would need to be able to focus her eyes on whatever it is that was 5 feet (or more) through the view finder. Since she's a self proclaimed budding professional, Professionals turn off the auto focus when taking pics. Unless she was only taking pictures of close up objects and not landscape or group photos...

he might not be under subpoena any more - it was only for rebuttal if the gun vid got in - maybe it didn't?

I think that is accurate. Also, I think the worse thing that could happen is that the defense can't call him as a witness. Or they can, and just call him out on his comments. I could be wrong though. I agree that he needs to back off and just stay low. Why risk it???

Yes she is that dumb, she thought if she didn't get/keep a receipt for debit purchase that no one would be able to tell what she bought. She didn't think any one could do MATH with the cost per gallon of gas and the total amount of her purchase and have it come out to the PENNY. She, just my opinion, thought she was being smart and frugal.
