So Jodi bought that 3rd gas can in the afternoon, BEFORE she called Travis then filled it with gas AFTER she called Travis, premeditation all the way baby!
I can see Jodi so calculating that there would be no point in wasting money in gas if Travis just happened to be out that night, but after she called him and made sure he was going to be there she went and filled them all up.
I'm calling it right now. Nurmi will say in his closing argument something like this:

Stabby probably has a computer, or access to a library with legal books. I can bet she never used big words prior to Travis's death. She has been coached very well. BUT, she does get a blank look when JM is questioning her. She tries to throw him off by thinking she is so clever. It just appears she is avoiding a direct answer to his question. I think he needs to bring in a dummy and stab it 29 TIMES! to hit home for the jury in his closing statement. How the fuck could someone stab a man and sit his throat. She is cold.

I'm most definite that she reads the legal books in the jail library on a regular basis or whatever their called while in prison/jail these past 4 or 5 years.
I'm thinking that Jodi will get her own fan club going, after she is convicted (Bryan Carr will be the president).....and she will have an advice column entitled "Dear Stabby." And everyone will be writing to her, asking advice on how THEY can beat their rap!
