I think she's forgetting that this isn't therapy and that her little confrontation issue left a body count. I'm usually not pro-death penalty, but every action of Jodi's so far indicates no respect for human life.

Stabby should never have mentioned the gun holster. That was a huge error.

First there was no mention of a holster. Then a few days ago there suddenly was a holster. Now today, there was a holster she saw long before the murder day when she was dusting the shelves as his maid, but it was not there ON the day of the murder. And she did not take the holster away with her. And the holster was not found in the house. So that leaves..... ??

I guess during the time between when she saw the holster while cleaning, and the day of the murder, Travis must have taken his loaded gun, containing ALL the bullets he owned, out of its holster and thrown the holster away. Because that makes lots of sense. Right.


So glad to have cleared that up...

She's made a lot of errors in this Q&A session. She didn't get a chance to rehearse like she did with her testimony. If any of the jurors still believe her BS after all the slip-ups over the past two days, I'll be shocked.

She uses the most bizarre language. Memorialis(z)e, edify, disedify, ideation? No one seems to have told her that plain old English is far more appealing than dropping a new word a day into her rehearsed babble.

I am not a supporter of the death penalty but cases like this push me further towards the notion of letting the victim's family decide (on whether mercy should be applied). This would be done after the trial and sentencing. I appreciate that this would cause a lot of difficulties but it seems more just. If someone I loved had been slaughtered by an evil monster, I would want the final say.

I agree!! What is with her terminology. She is an extremely strange person... her mannerisms, her act of innocence and professionalism. Her hand motions, her words...she's really an odd duck. Her tenses are strange too...I hear her many times say things about Travis like, "It's his life", or "He doesn't do that/doesn't like that" - he's gone. He DIDN'T do or like that. Then her use of "passed away" like you mentioned. WTF. She is 360 revolutions of strange!!!
