Yesterday she wanted to give the defense an hour to review the questions and the State 30 minutes. That sounded to me like she favored the defense. The defense actually took an hour and half, the defense an hour and twenty she said.

Before I have to go deal with the lump in my throat! I have a treasured snapshot taken almost fifty years ago of an almost identical scene. Only it was me lying with my head on my late wife's lap just a few months before we married. A dear friend in the group took it to capture the moment. She gave me a life and a love that I could never believe I would ever have or deserve. The snapshot sits in a frame on a shelf in our place in Palm Springs and is the first thing anyone sees when they come through the door. Because it's there--she's there. It keeps the moment and the love alive. Contrast that with what Travis's loved ones will feel if they ever see this video. Never forget to be grateful.

from they atty's forums i have been reading - they say that 100 questions from the jury is unheard of - and they don't know if its good for defense or prosecution - and that even though jodi was the witness she has the right to see all the questions because she is also the defendant

googlemap is great, you can scroll all around including birdseye; i see cars parked parallel to the Starbucks facing Foothills Blvd with a grass berm in front of them. you cannot tell if there are curbs in front but skaters would not be on the grass in view of all the traffic. the rest of the lot has regular stalls. this SB is directly across the street from Arco, you can see it too. why didn't JM produce photos of this Starbucks?
