If there were only four instances of violence would that make her such a battered woman that it would lead her to mutilate him the way she did? I've seen shows and read books about things like this but the women usually were abused for years and years. I'm not saying that any amount of violence is okay I'm just wondering what it would mean as far as what psychologists and experts believe. It doesn't sound like they they had any extremely violent fights etc. Do you think anyone on the jury would think what she has described would lead to his mutilation? Just wondering.....

Anyway, I don't really have much faith in her answers to the juror questions so I can't say I'm excited for it. It most likely will not bring out any new or ZOMG! information. I feel she will hem and haw like she has done with Nurmi and JM. Her being on the stand for 15 days so far is such bullshit. Can we just FF to rebuttal?? Shit.

Dear Diary,

Well, I am sort of bummed out. My sextifying days are almost over. Court is about to get REALLY boring again. At least I have the juror's questions to look forward to. I am going to stretch my answers out as long as possible. I know they will appreciate it. They have 100 questions, after all! That just goes to show how much they, um, love hearing me talk. I will not disappoint them!

Nurmie almost made me bust out laughing today. He tried to get all loud and tough in order to make me more emotional. I know I should have responded the way he wanted me to, but I just wasn't feeling up to it. I'm feeling a little blah today. Maybe it's the cold sore I have? If it gets any bigger I am going to have to name it. At least it's on my left side so the jury doesn't have to see it. Or is it my right side? I get those confused all the time.

You should have seen Travis' sister's faces when I said that Travis proposed to me. It was so hilarious. I just love seeing them get upset. I cannot stand that they think they are better looking than I am. I was always worried that Travis might think that way too. That is why I always tried to keep them away from him. Anyhow, obviously, Travis never proposed to me. Duh. I wonder if the jury is dumb enough to believe that he did? I bet they are. In general I find that people are really dumb and easily manipulated. I hope I am right. I'm sort of betting my life on it.

I thought it was really shitty how the judge was only going to give JM 30 minutes to review the questions when she was giving the defense an hour (she was giving defense 10-11a, and the State 11-11:30). Glad that JM gave her shit about that.

I know the judge has to be cautious since this is a death penalty case but she seems very pro-defense. I don't think this trial has been fair at all. Jodi got to go over all of the same things she did on direct examination, Nurmi was allowed to lead her and give her the answers he wanted. I think this judge sucks.

Sorely missed recap as have given up on listening to her and Nurmi drivel on and on. It does seem quite ironic that unbeknown to her there was a check point at the Hoover Dam, thankfully her fog had lifted enough to clean Travis's blood off herself.

Wondering why the 'play rope' was put in a dumpster, yet the gun was thrown in the desert. There are so many things that we heard that left opportunity for further questioning, lets hope the jury can get those answers, although the bitch will have forewarning which is so unfair!!
