Nurmi's more or less telling this story for her today. Watching the tweeting world going mad with how much he's leading her. Judge taking a pounding for what she's allowed in the past two days also. I'm sure's leaving no room for error as she's a smart cookie, but she is being way too lenient, irrespective of this being a DP trial.

I'm hoping what was reported on Aztwitter and Wild About Trial earlier is right about her allowing the re-cross though. 'Cause this guy's talked one heap of shit today.

'Before you lost your mind' - that's not speculation? Anyway, he's building her up for the big "weepy" finale. But at least it looks like he'll be wrapping this today. TF!.

Nurmi just asked her *sarcastically* if she was making note of where the bullet casing landed "in case you found yourself on trial 5 years from then." Today she responded with an emphatic "NO!" But when JM brought up the casing, its "clean" top, laying on a pool of blood, she equally emphatically replied, "That's NOT where it landed."
