I can accept your view. It's just my perception of her arrogance that she would see herself speaking for everybody in the room. Most people would say, "I guess if I had made different choices, I wouldn't be here." After all, she is the subject of the moment, not everybody else. It's just another one of her nasty tricks to try to incorporate her surroundings into her perceptions.

I rant a bit on this thread, but I am extremely sensitive to nuance and the gaps between the actual meaning of words and the meaning they convey in a particular context. We all do it. I'm sure you've heard people exclaim, "What is he/she really saying."

Does anyone notice when Arias is lying, she turns red? She has written the text on how to testify on a stand for a month and still show close to zero emotion.

I think she goes red mainly when she's trying to suppress her anger, particularly when Martinez labors a point with her. She puts her head down as if embarrassed at sex talk, that's just an act though. But I do think she looks flushed today. Maybe the virus on her mouth.

This may not be relevant at all at this point but I have pondered this since this weekend when I watched the trial just to fall asleep, haha! We know that Jodi peppers her lies with truth yes?
I have been thinking about her drop and roll act when she said that Travis was grasping at her and pulling at her clothes which she claims he was still trying to harm her. I tend to believe he WAS doing something like that at one point in an effort to get Jodi to help him!! The other thought I had was what if he did say "kill you bitch!"? We all know what it feels like to just merely hit our head on something and then have that instantaneous reaction which is usually followed by an expletive...the man got shot in the head!! What if it was just a spontaneous utterance!?

Sorry, those two things are bothering me for some reason.
