I can't believe her when she says she returned the gas can, when the receipt is a purchase receipt, not a return receipt. The item isn't circled on this receipt, and there's no cashier initial saying it was returned. I'm not sure why she's lying about this extra gas can.

Also..the whole line of questioning about the guns. Jodi could have had access to all sorts of guns if she wants to, emphasizes Nurmi. Yes, but that is not what Jodi did, Mr. Nurmi. Because the murder was PREMEDITATED, and she wanted to cover the trail of the weapon. She added a third person, the "burglar" into the mix. Just read on twitter that a Arizona newscaster is reporting that the Judge was overheard on broadcast saying there will be re-cross. Trying to confirm.

The blue kerosene can clearly says on it "To be only used for kerosene", gas cans are red. I have bought both kerosene for a kerosene heater and gas for a lawn mower and always used the proper can. Signs are posted at the pumps to use the proper can. She only bought about 3 gal. for the 3rd can. Maybe someone stopped her and told her it was illegal. Too bad they didn't call the cops and get her arrested right then and there.

It seems to me as thought the entire half of the courtroom, on the defense side, has behaved like this is the social event of the century, for them. They laugh, talk, whisper in each others ear, smirk, smile, roll eyes, etc. I keep thinking "if it were my loved one on that stand, fighting for their life, my emotions and expressions would not be joyful ones. There is something wrong with that WHOLE bunch. Their affect is so inappropriate to everything that is going on. It is almost frightening, to me, to see such a lack of.....depth of soul? They are all like a bunch of robots. I remember the day that the sex details were being discussed...and noticing that Jodi's younger brother was present in the courtroom....thinking that, of all days, THIS is the day they invite him along??!! And watching him snap and chew his gum, look up at the ceiling, smile and joke with auntie and mom... WTF is wrong in the gene pool?!!

Physically there is no reason you couldn't put gas in a kerosene can, you just shouldn't. I'm still betting that kerosene can is in the desert somewhere maybe with her shoes and burned clothes and she wants to distance herself from it in case it is found.
